Keep in mind the id is fully intact and the crack is nearly invisible. Used this at several other dispensaries. This place will use any reason on earth to turn you away without the product you came to purchase. Below is what OpenAI has to say about dispensaries refusing an order due to a crack in the ID in the state of Ohio: "Short answer: there is no specific Ohio law that says an ID can't be "cracked"--but Ohio law does require the ID to be valid and verifiable, and that requirement gives dispensaries broad authority to reject damaged IDs." So, this store CHOSE to turn away a med card holder for this total BS reason. I will not be back.

He clearly has zero customer service experience and doesn't care to talk about head or body sensations. That's very rigid behavior and I'm not going to keep asking someone to expand and they be stuck on loop! I politely informed that our personalities were not aligned and the next budtender was great in explaining and giving her suggestions. Don't hire budtenders that are stuck on stat loops. The customers also want to understand the physical experience not for you to repeat the same loop over and over. Not my problem if you didn't want to work today but it distressed my nervous system and I would've started crying from anxiety from that guy had I not stepped away. The calling staff are so unprofessional and rude and they call you…read morelike bill collectors before your appointment to make your payment as if you're not gonna pay before you speak to the doctor..... they will text you at 6 AM in the morning before it's legal to call or text you, they will call you at 8 o'clock in the morning so they can get that payment. I guess they are suffering for money because there's no other earthly reason that you would call and text someone and also be rude when they ask you about calling them and outside of Legal calling hours and then cancel your appointment. I don't think the FTC is OK with that. There are many other doctors can do the same thing.

Three Months later in June my dispensary is telling me that my cards expiring again June 23. I went to email them because that's how I got in touch with them to pay for my "Renewal" and it's been a week now and still no answer. I'm out $75 which is outrageous anyway, and you can't get ahold of anyone through Ohio Green Team unless if you're a new customer and they'll get right back with you then $$.. There's no way to contact a live person, that's a "Red Flag" from now on.

After doing my research, it appears you no longer need a referral to renew. It would have been nice for them to have the courtesy to give a quick explanation to a patient who has given them hundreds of dollars in fees, but it appears they have no interest if they're not actively making money off you. Even though it's a long drive for me, I've continued shopping here because it's the place I've always gone. From my very first visit, I was encouraged to sign up for the loyalty rewards program, so I did. Sunday I placed an online pickup order. The website/app gave me the option to redeem my loyalty points, and it processed them into store credit. I noticed the total looked a little strange but assumed it was just a glitch. My order actually showed to be 1.00. I figured this was wrong. I was planning to use my rewards toward a $45 non-THC product. When I arrived, I was told I couldn't use my loyalty points because I hadn't reached a minimum of 7,500 points. This was the first time I had ever heard about a minimum redemption requirement. At no point when I signed up, earned points, or redeemed them through the app was this requirement disclosed. In fact, the app allowed me to convert my points into credit, making it appear that they were available to use. The employee was not polite about it at all and told me I couldn't use the credit. The frustrating part isn't that there are rules--it's that the loyalty program wasn't transparent about them. If there's a 7,500-point minimum, it should be clearly stated before customers redeem their points or make purchasing decisions based on the rewards they've earned. A loyalty program should reward loyal customers, not leave them feeling misled. After spending nearly $1,000 in just a couple of months and making the drive to shop here consistently, this experience has made me question whether my loyalty was actually valued. So for such great customer service I will look elsewhere for a dispensary. I just wanted my 45 dollars I had earned in points.
