He clearly has zero customer service experience and doesn't care to talk about head or body sensations. That's very rigid behavior and I'm not going to keep asking someone to expand and they be stuck on loop! I politely informed that our personalities were not aligned and the next budtender was great in explaining and giving her suggestions. Don't hire budtenders that are stuck on stat loops. The customers also want to understand the physical experience not for you to repeat the same loop over and over. Not my problem if you didn't want to work today but it distressed my nervous system and I would've started crying from anxiety from that guy had I not stepped away. It was very thorough and quick. My doctor is Kendra Hill and I've sent friends and family to her since then and she's gotten them signed up. This is an amazing program and it will only keep getting better. If you have questions please message me and I can help in the best way I can. I work within the industry too so I believe I'm able to get a discount when I renew but I'm not entirely sure. I ultimately got my card for PTSD. I had a thorough appointment with her over a video call so I didn't even have to go in and we talked about everything I filled out in the questionnaire and went into more detail. She asked for my medical history. I paid $175 which was discounted from their normal price of $200 and once your doctor gives you your referral then you pay $50 to the Board of Pharmacy and it's all ready to go from there. You can go to dispensaries same day and ask allllll the questions. Ask to be seated in a quiet room if it's too fast paced so you can really understand how your days work and what products may benefit you if you're unsure. You can also ask the check in desks at any dispensary and they should be able to print and laminate your medical card for you while you make a purchase and pick it up in the front when you're done. That way you don't have to pay the $15 to wherever to get a real card made. A laminated free one is just fine and not uncommon at all.

I guess they are suffering for money because there's no other earthly reason that you would call and text someone and also be rude when they ask you about calling them and outside of Legal calling hours and then cancel your appointment. I don't think the FTC is OK with that. There are many other doctors can do the same thing.

Three Months later in June my dispensary is telling me that my cards expiring again June 23. I went to email them because that's how I got in touch with them to pay for my "Renewal" and it's been a week now and still no answer. I'm out $75 which is outrageous anyway, and you can't get ahold of anyone through Ohio Green Team unless if you're a new customer and they'll get right back with you then $$.. There's no way to contact a live person, that's a "Red Flag" from now on.

The store is clean and bright and service is friendly. I hang out in the lobby and it's a perfectly comfortable feeling and have never been any issues as I wait. Locals Dispensary serves both medical and recreational marijuana patients/customers. Got to be 21 and over Inthink even to enter the building. They even have a drive-thru option which steams Columbus and Ohio. We have drive-thru liquor and wine so this fits right in.
