I use Claudia as my accountant and she is absolutely the best. if you need a company that is very reasonable honest and whenever you need them, they are there. Definitely call CC Financial and accounting. If you have any problems or questions or you need any help, they are always there to help you and they always return your calls for anything that you need. I got behind and doing my taxes and Claudia took the time to do it as fast as she could and got it done in time. The busiest time of the year and she made time to do my taxes when it was my fault that I handed it in so late. I gave her a five, but if there was 100 % I would've given her that. I just wanted to say thank you and let you know how much I appreciate you going out of your way for me all of the years I have been using you. sincerely Michelle

4/2/2020 -This is my first review I have ever written, I do not like to write reviews especially…read morenegative ones, but this incident merits this review. I know people may have a bad day, consequently, a negative comment might have some effect on their business, but, if you have a business, customer service should be priority number one. I have been a client of Caceres and Caceres for four years and never had any problems. They were nice. This year I went to have my taxes done on 3/10/20. I have to pay to the IRS and agreed to have my taxes remitted on 4/1/20; however, due to current situation with Covid-19, the date to file the taxes was extended up to July 15. On 3/17/20, I sent an email to Xavier Caceres indicating that I did not want to send my taxes and payment until June 30. I sent four emails, but as of today's date, I am still waiting for his reply. I called the office on 3/30 and spoke to someone, left a message indicating that I did not want to send my taxes on 4/1/20, as originally scheduled, and for Xavier to answer my emails and called me. I called again on 3/31, but no one answered the call and did not have voice mail (hard to believe that a business do not have a voicemail), thus, I could not leave a message. Xavier has ignored my emails and the message I left at the office. My taxes were remitted to the IRS as originally scheduled on 4/1/20. The irresponsible and unethical behavior of this firm is unacceptable, especially with the financial situation that we are all facing because of the current pandemic. They have to seriously work on their customer service skills, upgrade their modus operandis, and keep up with the times by upgrading the communication skills and at least have a voice mail or an answering service, so the clients can leave a voice message or communicate with them!! I am writing this review on all platforms I could find on the web, sending an email to all my contacts, and filing a complaint to the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. I will not recommend this firm to anyone; this was very irresponsible and unethical from their part to be playing with other people's money!

Oscar Rey has had my taxes for 3 years. Charged me $1000 and they were rejected. He then did…read morenothing ever since and I've had to chase him for 3 years and he just lies. I ask him for my taxes and he says send me more documentation but I've sent everything I have and he has a limited power of attorney. He refuses to do anything except give me the runaround. I know someone who worked there who tells me he would change dates on tax documents so that the clients would be held liable for costs in which he was supposed to be liable due to his own negligence. This is true and I can only write this is it is true. He needs to be audited by the government. I'm going to the attorney general about him They've just led ft a review reply stating I did a few raid I lent action which is slander. And will be used to further my court case. Oscar has a new puppet apparently. I have evidence. And Oscar has the documentation required to grab any paperwork he needed in the form of a limited power of attorney. He's also allegedly changed other clients tax form dates to avoid liability and that comes for rectify from a former employee who told me About it. I have been in contact with the district attorney as well as filing cIvilly I will Pursue criminal charges.the facts are that Oscar Rey and his staff are on numerous emails putting me off after having been told they received everything I have and refused to do their job after refusing to disclose charging me a business tax fee for persoral taxes. They've refused to use the limited power of attorney to attain the records they're bound by law to attain to do the job they weeks hired for and the tax cpa I hiRed to do the job hE didn't complete got all documents in short order. I've beEn advised that I have an excellent case to sue and will do so in my jurisdiction. I have the witness who witnessed Oscar Rey changing dates on tax forms to avoid his own liability when he didn't get things done in time. A full audit of this company is in order. He lies and refuses to do his job if it doesn't go smoothly. Spends most of his time on vacations in countries where the laws are Looser with regard to the thiNgs he likes to do extra curricularly than doing his own job. Instead usually the office is staffed by one person who knows taxes and one layperson who just knows office work. He's also at least once hired a person based on them being "a good looking Latino male" according to the emails from the former eMployee.
