Now here are the negatives: the staff are very short and a bit cold, especially on the phone. The driver seems a bit unhappy driving all of the elderly and just does the minimum. They don't give off the warm and fuzzy vibes but it's a business for them. But they do provide the services they need to so it's a good overall place for the elderly to attend. They can make Korean friends and sing old Korean songs. This a decent place but if the staff could be more friendly and welcoming, it would get more stars.
