I am not deleting my review, but I will update my review and I ended up getting a refund. Maybe it was the nail tech or maybe the reviews are fake. The tech was very nice and did confirm the color and nail shape. When she was using certain drills, she was hurting and cutting my skin hence the bleeding on my nail bed. Mind you, I do not think they are cleaning their drills properly because you can see how I bled. I did not get cuticle oil or lotion on my hands. I've gotten $30 manicures at other salons and they at least put cuticle oil on my nails. I shouldn't have to request that, it should be given. My nails are pretty and I do like them. But I wouldn't recommend coming here for gel x nails. This was my first time getting gel x nails and it made me not want to experience this again.

They have their favs which are now my favs. Lindsay is the Manager, classic in stature and so sweet and soft spoken, she DOES make a statement and Jamie is a hard rocking, fast cutting mamma with crazy hair and super snip skills that could kick any boy, guy or girl's ass. She rocks. These girls absolutely rock!!! They are so talented! Check them out, it is SOOOOO worth it. We used to live 250 miles away. I got the into the habit of saving the HC appointments for when we visited family. Jeesh, that was a lot of visiting!! [and, they thought we only wanted to visit them!! LOL] CC has a no appt. rule except for chemical processing, but call ahead and see who's working. The 10, 15, or 20 minute wait is certainly worth it. Check this place out. Like I said, Lindsey is the Manager and her staff reflects her professional persona. If you live in the area, spot for the 3 coupon deal. Its worth it.
