I've experienced Mr. Trujillo's business ethics through selling a property and they were the worse! This man not only has horrible ethics, he's a liar and a blackmailer. I can't believe how anyone would stand to work with him or even hire him as an agent. Not only did he stall from having my house selling for a month, I also lost a month's worth of mortgage payments. And now that my house has to go back on the market, who knows how much more money I'm going to lose in the waiting process plus I also lost my deposit. I will be reporting this issue with Mr. Trujillo to Better Business Bureau. read more

Such a great experience, I wish I could have taken him with me to Seattle. I was extremely nervous in selling my condo mostly because I was leaving the state before the sale would be complete. Joseph put us in contact w/ Ana & let me tell you I was not happy w/ her customer service. Everytime we wanted to look at houses there was always an excuse. It's taken me 4Years to write this review. This man sold my moms property, for us. During the sale my mother was diagnosed with stage four cancer and died. All he cared about was the "kill," making with sale and getting his money. It was a large 5 bedroom, 4 bath, property almost half an acre in the hills of HLP. First, he didn't advocate for me as his client and sided with the buyer. Had my selling price drop I believe 25k, maybe more. Then, I asked for his help to slow down the sale and he refused so I had to take matters into my own hands and contact the escrow company directly, to place a pause on the sale. I had to request a pause while my siblings and I figured out some court issues. Last, he had me install fire alarms early in the process and after the sale concluded, he had me pay for them to get re-Installed bc he had made a mistake. He did apologize for the mistake, but I was grieving and the least he could have done was pay for that out of his pocket for being his mistake. I don't recommend him. I made a huge judgment call. He was not what he perceived to be. I want y'all to know all of this before you contract him, so this doesn't happen to you. If there was a zero star for yelp, that's what I rate him. read more

My husband remembered Joseph from an open house we had went to almost a year ago and after working briefly with another agent we decided to go ahead and contact Joseph. Joseph seemed to be very familiar with the area we were interested in and his reviews were very reassuring. Needless to say Joseph not only found us a home that we all absolutely love but he went over and beyond for us. He answered our endless questions all the time at any time of the day (we had a lot of questions all the time). Never ever did he make us feel obligated to do anything or go into something we weren't 100% sure on which I appreciated the most. There was even a property that he knew we weren't too convinced of and it also needed a lot of work. Joseph was willing to have a contractor come out and meet us at the property so we would know going into the home how much it would cost us to do the upgrades and repairs we wanted.
