For some completely irrational reason, I used to not trust doctors, but she's shown me there are plenty who can be trusted. She takes a lot of time to ask tons of questions and seems to really care. This is rare these days. She also respects that I'm not a huge fan of being on a ton of medication, but gladly provides what's needed to cure my ailment or make me more comfortable if it's just a cold or flu for which antibiotics don't work. Mad props to Dr. Morrill!

Earlier in the week my blood pressure spiked 200/100, I called to see if they could move up my appointment, I was told no. I went to the ER where I received excellent care and a medication to bring my BP down. A few days later, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment the waiting room had only one person waiting. The "nurse" looked unprofessional and introduced herself as a "friend of the doctor". She was clueless, I had to ask to see the doctor. When the doctor came in he stated "Your blood pressure looks fine, do you need me to write up another prescription - he too was clueless. It was apparent that he had not read the documents from the hospital.

Even after two calls to her office I did not hear back and thus decided to request my chart and find a new doctor. Dr. Burke was the doctor I found but when I called the practice she wasn't taking new patients. Louanne recommended seeing Dr. Sorolla-Olympia. Omg I am so glad I took the recommendation! There are no words to truly describe how pleased I was with my visit. I brought my x-ray reading and lab reports with me to the appointment. Dr. Sorolla-Olympia took the time to go over the results with me in great detail. She sat with me and outlined a plan of care that was both informative and clear to understand. I was also impressed that she let me know what her plan b & c were if plan a did not work. I have certainly found my doctor. The office is clean, comfortable and inviting. The women at the front desk Jena, and Louanne are quite friendly and greet you with a smile. Dr. Sorolla's nurse Renee was also pleasant. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PCP/INTERNIST PLEASE CHECK OUT DR. MARICELLE SOROLLA-OLYMPIA YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Second of all, these physicians will do everything they can to get money out of you. That being said, I was going to this office (for around 2-3 years) with the intention of getting my thyroid diagnosed/under control. After multiple blood tests, scans, and referrals to a specialist (mind you the "specialist" they sent me to just told me I was allergic to gluten and sent me on my way) they told me I was fine. I felt like I was being dramatic because I did not FEEL fine, but they insisted that I was okay. Cool, great, moving on. Fast forward to the last few months where I have been having more severe symptoms. Of course I start worrying, and decide to FINALLY get a second opinion because something didn't feel right. And bam, they diagnosed me FIRST try with Hashimotos Autoimmune Disease...The pure anger I had felt was unexplainable. This staff does not know what they're doing, and they will run you around in circles just so they can make money. DO NOT COME HERE!

HOSPITAL DID NOT CARE AT All! LAST Involved Doctor, Issued an Order that he was concerned about possible Stent Blood Clotting that might be taking place! So he was NOT going to Release Me UNTIL he conducted ONE last Test "Just to be Sure". (Patient greatly Appreciated his Professionalism and CONCERN!) HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT, I'd give a "0"! After installing a Drug Coated Heart Stent, I was having some Negative Issues. Doctor told COMPETENT Nursing Staff that HE, due to Negative Symptoms Patient was Experiencing, that BEFORE I was to be Released, he wanted to conduct a last Test to verify I was NOT having any Blood Clotting Issues in new Stent. Had me NEEDLESSLY STAY, and PAY FOR, another 2 days! Day of Scheduled Test, later in day, 2 different CONCERNED Nurses came in and Asked if I had heard WHEN the Doctor was going to do his Test? Told them I have NOT HEARD ANYTHING! Later in day, another Nurse came in and asked the same question as the other 2. AGAIN, told her I had NO IDEA! She went to check on my Scheduled Heart Imaging and said she WILL FIND OUT and let me know! SHE NEVER RETURNED! Obviously, SOMEONE gave a "STAND DOWN ORDER" to let the Patient PASS. Took her off of a psych med that she had been on for 17 years without telling anybody. Tried to add a psych med on for nerve pain without adjusting current psych meds. More than once added on a medication she was allergic to despite repeated family warnings and had an idea to re-create a weight loss medication made of multiple drugs, without adjusting the levels to what was in the medication she was trying to duplicate. Listening to the patient is great but when you don't listen to the patient caregivers you miss a lot of really important information that is pertinent to caring for the patient. Especially with geriatric patients that are confused. When my mother presented with severe back pain, she ordered muscle relaxers and PT instead of doing imaging. That back pain turned out to be metastatic cancer that killed my mom. I was going to write this review before my mom died, but that is just the icing on the cake. Repeated frustrating visits with this doctor. You just don't blow off the patient caregivers or change routine psychiatric meds without telling anyone. Poor management across providers. NOT OK!!! Don't turn your back for a second with geriatric loved ones!

I was very sick for over a year when I began going to her for leaky gut syndrome. Dr. Mack has assisted me in healing by prescribing supplements, food-as-medicine, lifestyle changes and, if appropriate, pharmaceuticals as well. I tried other doctors but they did not have the expertise to treat my health issues. Dr Mack spends a great deal of time with each patient and explains everything in detail. She has a great personality, is easy to talk to and very supportive. Admittedly, Dr. Mack's rates are high - but you really do get what you pay for - and good health is worth every cent. I highly recommend Dr. Mack and will continue to rely on her as my personal physician.
