Great little local hairdressers, down to earth and friendly. The business is family run and the staff get to know you. The service is professional - I've always been happy with my style. Top that off with the fact that the prices are really reasonable and I'm almost reluctant to spread the word in case it gets harder to get an appointment!!
I'll be honest. I don't know about you, but I get a little bit intimidated by these oh-so-trendy branded 'salons' where they ask you what products you use and look mortified for you when you admit you buy whatever's on offer in the chemist then try to sell you £20 shampoo and promise you a cut that's "more you". Eh?

But they just get on with it, without making you feel inadequate because you don't understand the difference between highlights and foils, T bar, half head or full head, graduated, layered, feathered, texturised..... whatever???!
My one criticism is that you don't get a shiatsu head massage when your hair gets washed. I love a shiatsu!! read more
