Got hit with another $2000 court fee that I don't remember hearing about, for a total cost of $7000 to file the 6-8 documents that the court required. At nearly $1000 per page of information - which we had to already provide, seems a steep cost for their efforts. Not only was this was a lengthy (over 18 month) and expensive endeavor dealing with the additional legal issues was very draining.

I have been trying to get rid of a timeshare that I have owned for almost 15 years. He was able to explain the documents to me and we contacted the company directly while in his office. Both of us spoke to the company rep and after about 20 minutes Bill was able to convince them that due to my age (81) that I was not using it anymore and wanted to be rid of it. They agreed to let me get out of the contract and said they would send me the documentation to complete the process. I could not believe how quickly and easily he was able to accomplish this.
