When I pointed it out, he became annoyed and was not particularly pleasant. Whenever I have questions, he is condescending and not particularly helpful to the point of being rude. When my current Healthcare premium soared I asked him for options especially as COVID kept me from making any real money in 2020. He tried to sell me AvMed which only covers about 50%of the doctors in South Florida and didn't try to come up with other options except to suggest that I call each of my doctors to determine what plan they accept. When I looked at another insurance that he does not sell he became abrasive and didn't want to bother in trying to help me decide what is the best option for me and ended up hanging up on me because he was annoyed that I forwarded to him another healthcare plan. I was asking him to identify and strategize long-term benefits for me, but he didn't want to be bothered. Summary- he should not be in the Healthcare business and is definitely the WORST agent I have ever had.

I was told I could not remove someone off my policy because we live together, however a week later, that person went to them and with the same address, and they gave him a policy without having him add me on. How are you able to be one way with one client, but Florida laws don't apply to the other. It would be different if they didnt know, but they knew! They also quoted me $1900 for 6 months when I have not had an accident, and when I went directly to progressive, they quoted me $1060. Be smart and call the insurance company direct! Don't throw away extra money you can be saving going direct.
