Dr. Berman and his staff are amazing. I've worked with truly great chiropractors in the past; Dr…read more Berman is in a class of his own. The combination of light manual adjustments, the Activator, and acupuncture have brought my alignment to the highest possible levels -- I can honestly say that after working with him for a year and a half, I am now on maintenance and my back has never been better. As well, his two assistants -- I omit their names for reasons of discretion -- are happy, cheerful, and upbeat. They work efficiently and gracefully with patients to assure optimal scheduling and billing. Be advised that generally you have to wait a good amount of time to be treated. That speaks, however, to the quality of the treatment -- and when time constraints do arise, scheduling staff expertly find the times that minimize waiting to the greatest extent possible. I cannot say enough good things about the practice. Five stars is not enough.

But yet they can make you sit in the lobby for over an hour without any notice at all. The receptionist to the left of the elevator will also catch an attitude when you go and ask about the wait. The blonde "nurse" will also catch an attitude with you and then tell you that they were "dealing with an emergency" and that is the cause of the delay. Yet, you've been sitting here for over an hour and have seen all the people who have come and gone and all of which have been in the back for the same amount of time - 30 minutes. Requested to speak with the doctor (Waheed) as to what the delay is, but they sent a nurse instead. The lack of accountability with this place just astounds me. This place has the worst time management skills and even worse customer service skills. You would think that a place like this would have been customer service skills and better time management... silly me, I forgot this place is a doctors office and all they care about is their money. My wife and I will be looking for somewhere else to go.
