I…read morethought they were going to be just another chiropractic office out to get as much of my money as they could and keep me coming back for years. I was prepared to just take the free massage and run. When I got there, I found that wasn't the case at all. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming. I really felt at home. The free massage was wonderful and the consultation with Dr. Busch was great. I had had a "slipped disk" in the past and had somewhat recovered from it. I was told by my regular doctors that I would just have to live with pain in my lower back the rest of my life. Dr. Busch, however, told me that within a couple of months, he could probably have me feeling much better. I agreed to come back for the visits. True to his word, it was only a couple of months and I was pain-free. I went back to HealthSource a few months ago when I started having pain in my neck and going down into my arm. Dr. Busch found that it was actually tennis elbow. He recommended acupuncture. I was skeptical about it at first, but agreed to it because I trust Dr. Busch. After just three visits my tennis elbow was a thing of the past! If you couldn't tell, I'm a big fan of HealthSource! Dr. Busch and his staff really care and their goal is to help their patients feel better as soon as possible.

We drove around 2 hours to pick up orthotics and have them fitted. They knew we were coming from Fredericksburg. We were told to bring multiple pairs of shoes to try them on. Instead of having them fitted the receptionist threw them on the counter and started on some random rant about the doctor quitting. I have zero clue why this was our problem because we met the doctor a total of two times. I asked what do if they don't fit because we were told there was a fitting and trimming process with multiple pairs of shoes. To which we were told to come back a third time if we have any issues. In what world does that make sense? They should have rescheduled me and my husband with another podiatrist before we drove there. We had zero clue how they were supposed to fit. They had the audacity to get rude with us and demand the rest of the payment for the orthotics. We paid half already so we didn't want to be out $400 and have nothing to show for it. At one point the receptionist asked if we wanted the orthotics or not. We paid $800. for orthotics that they couldn't even be bothered to fit to our feet. While breaking in the orthotics we both had extreme foot, knee, and back pain. We had to track down the original prescribing doctor to find out why we were in so much pain because we definitely were not traveling back to Front Royal to be treated horribly again. The doctor was now employed in Maryland so that was a hike. They had to cut over two inches off of my husband's orthotics so that they even fit correctly in his shoe so him being in pain wasn't surprising. Neither of us are podiatrists and we had zero clue that the toe part was supposed to stop before the toes. Now they have the nerve to bill us extra on top of the $800. that we already paid, which we were told would be the entirety of the bill. I'll repeat that we paid $800. to drive two hours twice and get unfitted orthotics basically thrown at us. Please avoid this circus. I've literally never in my 47 years been treated so poorly by a medical practice. I'll be calling my insurance company to dispute any charges that I can. The combination of light manual adjustments, the Activator, and acupuncture have brought my alignment to the highest possible levels -- I can honestly say that after working with him for a year and a half, I am now on maintenance and my back has never been better. As well, his two assistants -- I omit their names for reasons of discretion -- are happy, cheerful, and upbeat. They work efficiently and gracefully with patients to assure optimal scheduling and billing. Be advised that generally you have to wait a good amount of time to be treated. That speaks, however, to the quality of the treatment -- and when time constraints do arise, scheduling staff expertly find the times that minimize waiting to the greatest extent possible. I cannot say enough good things about the practice. Five stars is not enough.
