To get here you passed through a security gate and there was ample parking in front. At the club house there was a beautiful lap pool, tennis courts, basket ball court, and an impressive children's playground. Of course Nicole and I were there for the wedding. The ceremony took place at the gazebo which had views of water all around. The weather was perfectly mild with clear skies, a joyous time to celebrate a life decision you try to make work for a life time. The DJ played soft celebratory music which just about choked me up when I saw my boss being accompanied by her father down the aisle. The sermon, by a retiring Lutheran priestess, was complete and well rehearsed. The catering company escapes me but they also did a good job. Dinner entrees included a choice of Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine, steak, salad, rice, steamed veggies which paired with an all you can drink bar. The different playgrounds they have for kids of this community. The security they have at the gate. Always clean and organized. Signs everywhere ... and as my uncle says, the HOA it's not too much. Enorme y hermosa comunidad en Miramar. He estado viniendo aquí por más de cinco años y me gustan varias cosas de esta comunidad hogareña: La vista del lago que parte de su casa tienen. Los diferentes parques infantiles que tienen para los niños de esta comunidad. La seguridad que tienen en la puerta. Siempre limpio y organizado. For both of these occasions the parking lot just North of this building is free. Therefore you can ignore paying to park and there will be no tickets issued. For both these important occasions they are just happy as citizens that we are engaged so they want to make it as convenient as possible. The facilty is well maintained good amount of seating to handle alot of people. This last meeting I attended was about 100 persons. As for the voting I usually skip coming here and Vote early instead at City Hall no lines. Because if you wait until the actual date you will have lines as well as pollsters annoying you from the second you get out of your car. I believe this location is used for other City activities as well as you could rent out for a large parties.

I have been pleasantly surprised since my most recent experiences at our Miami Dade libraries have been a total nightmare. This location is CLEAN and friendly as soon as you walk in. The people enjoying all of its services are also pleasant. There are plenty of places to sit and study or simply enjoy a quiet space. I was coming for 311 animal services support, needed to renew a tag and they were extremely helpful and thorough. Because I cannot pass up the opportunity to hold a book in my hands, I browsed the bookshelves and walked away with 4 books! If I didn't have other errands to run, I would definitely hang around longer. A nice bonus (I also had no idea!) there's a lovely walking or running trail adjacent to the library. It's lovely. I'll def be back to enjoy that. Once this summer - rainy weather is behind us. lol! Come and enjoy this library, it's a treat and it's freeeee! Ps. They hold many free activities for everyone. I've been coming to this park for years to get a cardio walk…read more It has a Great walking or running path that's along the open grassy field. Along the path you can find exercise stops. Sometimes certain weekends or evenings you will see the kids are paying the soccer or football leagues or even practicing on the empty fields. Usually you can find easy parking to your desired area unless there's a big sports tournament. ( happened to me once) The park has a community center, shaded play area for the kids, score board, basketball court, tennis court, few picnic tables around the kiddy play area, vending machines and clean restroom. Shaded stands and trees for parents and guest to sit and watch the games. The park is well kept... grass is cut and workers are always seen keeping the area tidy. Few tress in the park are dedicated to the passing of some loved ones. So that makes it special to me. Oh I just remembered that they have a hall that you can rent for special events. I attended a birthday event there once and the room was clean and spacious. It did not smell stuffy and old. So that's a plus.

The community hall is big and has large windows that let the light in to brighten the room. The women's restroom has multiple stalls and was clean and stocked. They have amazing program for small kids, for adults and seniors. I have two small kids and they love reading classes, they have touch screen computers where toddlers can learn and mom can relax. It's a best library if you have to pick among north miami, Hallandale, aventura and sunny isles. They also have a really cool online programs which helps you to learn new language which is amazing!
