They then lied and claimed their software was hacked. When they fraudulently filed my taxes they attempted to route a check for $19k to an electronic account. THE IRS flagged it and ended up mailing me a hard copy check. If I had not received that hard copy check I never would have known that this FRAUD company was SCAMMING me out of my return and trying to steal $19k from me. Everything I stated above is on record. The owner was reported and yet they still operate. I do not know how many other clients they would try to steal from.

The tax preparer/pro made numerous errors and omissions on my taxes resulting in the need to spend countless hours corresponding with the IRS and Maryland Comptrollers Office and payment of interest and penalties. If you are able to do so, use another tax prep provider or computer program to do your taxes and save yourself a lot of grief and money.
