It's under new ownership and looks amazing and they've added a few more beds and I like it a lot. I would recommend this place for suntanning to anybody and to make it even better if you have a package there you have access to the tanning bed 24/7 which is amazing because sometimes I have to go early in the morning before work and sometimes I'll go late at night after work thank you Addie & Sunburst

Nicole (spelling may be off) did all of our hair and she did a PHENOMENAL job. I personally have thin hair and it does not like to stay curled for more than a couple hours. I mentioned this to Nicole and joked that she may have to use a whole bottle of hair spray just for me. She laughed but said it's all about the prep and I am thrilled to say that my hair stay curled from the time she was done (around 11 am) all the way through the end of the night (midnight) without the curls "falling out" or coming undone at all. I was worried I would have a hard time brushing my hair at the end of the night thinking she had to have used a ton of hair spray to keep it to hold but it brushed out easily and my hair did not feel like hay / super dry either. I don't know what she did but it was magic! On top of the hair skills, it was a fun time sitting there while we got our hair done. She is super fun to talk to and hang out with! I said that was a mistake, and the older blond lady said, " No you didn't". I did it. She was completely rude about the whole event. Didn't even offer to look into the mistake. I have had many tanning packages, and have only.....done 6 months. It would be easy to identify the mistake. This employee needs training on how to address customers. Extremely unprofessional. This was at the Wausau location.

I did not bother to show her my Eyewear because in all the times I've been there I have yet to hear her ask anyone else to prove they have it. I am 50 years old, I've been tanning a few decades as I have a disability that causes skin issues. I could do red light therapy but for $40 a tan why not get some color. Because I don't buy their ridiculous auto pay prices and tan per session she did not seem to care that I was upset with her attitude.... make sure you prep out and spend a pretty penny here, otherwise your single pay ($40) is not good enough to be treated with respect.
