Don't waste your time. As a few others have alluded to, no customer service. When you can get all of the styles they sell at other stores much cheaper one would expect better service. I walked in and didn't get asked if I needed anything (although many others did). Ironically enough it was a jos a bank shirt I had on. Better ways to get more elsewhere than waste your time at this store read more

All time worst customer service from the old lady with short hair. It's like she purposely wanted us to leave empty-handed. We needed dress pants that matched a suit purchased elsewhere. She was unbelievably rude and the opposite of helpful. I'm not sure how she keeps a job in that field. We ended buying a suit at Reed's a few hours later because they actually helped us. We also rented a suit from Kay's Kreations about a week later. I would recommend both of those places but will never walk in a Jos. A Bank again. read more

My family and I visited the Tupelo, MS store on 12-3-16. The staff was horrible-they didn't speak nor offer any assistance. They were at the register talking about going to Walmart. We were there to purchase a suit for my son and they lost our sale due to their incompetence. I am a bank manager and if my staff treated customers in this manner, they would be reprimanded. Maybe you need to look at who was working the evening shift from 5 to closing and retrain them on customer service. Horrible staff and I don't plan to ever shop at this location!! read more
