We cannot say enough about the experience. We will definitely be back and hope to see Shirley and the rest of the staff when we do.

As I was looking at polos and trying things on the gentlemen Alan that was helping me was very friendly but when he came from the back speaking with another lady working there I overheard him say "This poor guy up here" not knowing I heard him. I assume referring to not how much money I had to spend but referring to how big I was and that I couldn't find much that would fit me. Now that I've had surgery I think back at this moment a lot And how moments like this we're able to help me get healthier but sometimes you have to be careful what you say in such a small place that I find myself never wanting to return because of the judgement placed on me that day.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The store layout is split with the right side dedicated to men's apparel and the left side to women's. They have a solid selection of men's dress clothes and tees that stand out from the typical designs you'd find at larger retail stores. It's refreshing to see unique patterns and colors that aren't the same old, generic options. Prices seemed reasonable for the quality and variety on offer. If you're in the market for a new tee or button-up shirt with a distinctive design you won't see everywhere, I highly recommend checking this place out!

Every year I come into town, I try to…read morepop into the store here just to get an idea of what's currently on sale, if there's some new fashionable items I'm missing out on, or just to kill some time. Since I'm from Chicago I can tell you shopping here is a breeze for a couple reasons. One- the taxes are much lower in Florida, which makes a big difference if you're spending considerable money on clothes. Two- they have a wide array of items that are on sale here, and they also provide clothes for year round purposes vs seasonal displays in the Midwest. You won't find shorts around now in Schaumburg, IL. Finally- the staff here is professional as hell. We got the chance to speak with Mike Beck, the Assistant Manager at this location. Mike is the consummate pro. Not pushy at all, makes some nice suggestions- and is extremely helpful when you need some advice or guidance on what you're looking for. He was able to locate some specific items I needed quickly and make some really great suggestions on sale items that basically allowed me to get way more clothes than I was planning to. I've lost 75 lbs in the past year so I've been wearing clothes that are basically way too big for me. I was stubborn and didn't want to spend a lot of money but the timing was perfect- some Polo items went on sale the day before and Mike pointed out the incredible deal that allowed me to get a $450 retail coat for $87 with tax included. Seriously. If you're coming here- make sure you check in with Mike. I'm usually not one to ask for help but today just happened to be a perfect storm and I'm so thankful I visited the store. In fact- I'm planning on going back later this weekend because there was many items I was "iffy" on but I think I have to get them. My current clothing inventory looks like giant bags so I look 1000x better and feel better knowing they actually fit well. Thank you DXL and Mike! What a great afternoon.

Unfortunately, sometimes with stores like this comes snooty workers, and I wasn't really dressed in my greatest and grandest having come from walking around several parks that morning. There was an older woman in particular who kept looking at me but didn't say a single word to me even though I offered her a smile, the only worker who approached me was Jen, who is probably around my age, very bubbly, and very excited about telling me what would work great with my height, size, skin tone, the girl knows what she's doing. While I was in the dressing room, she kept slipping stuff in for me to try, it was hard not to laugh out loud and I also feared that the grouchy old-snooty woman would come running in and shoo me out the store for laughing in her store. I ended up buying a few things, and Jen continued to chat with me about food and wine, I even showed her pics of a few dishes I've made and realized evil-snooty lady looking at me with a frown on her face, I gave her my biggest smile and wished her a lovely day.
