2nd time using him (w his asst Alejandro) for the same wrought iron fencing ....heach weather and sprinklers are not your iron fence friends despite heavy coats of oil based paints on them. Pros will tell u time will tell but since the last job (see previous Yelp review), the fencing has really held up, except for a few corroded pickets at the bottom and rusted caps. Needless to say, they worked in their magic replacing the questionable pickets and repairing the rusted-turned-into-holes on several posts and voila...like new! His work cannot be overstated.
