The videos in his website were extremely helpful to give us an idea of what was available in our price range. When we came to town, Mark had set up a day with us, really zeroing in on the builders and communities that best met our needs. Although he took us around for a few days, patiently showing us dozens of homes, his intuition in what we wanted was so spot on, that our first and second choices where the very first places he took us to!
