After prying to find more information about getting on the list to be picked up the driver never called when he arrived, left his card on the porch and left. Customer service doesn't exist out here. I know there aren't many options for taxis in the area but if you can find another company I would strongly recommend it.

The dispatcher was friendly and helpful in setting up my days in advance reservation to get me to the Chattanooga Airport. I needed a 4:45am reservation. I live in a large apartment complex and the signage is not great, so not easy to find my unit. I got a confirmation call 45 minutes before my ride. My driver, Jonathan was exactly on time right outside my door. He helped me with my luggage and was so personable. He had been diving for the service for about eight years. The taxi was immaculately clean. The rate was reasonable for the service I received. Will use their services again and recommend to others.

Mark was the most courteous young man that actually listened to what I was saying. Nooga you hit a home run when Mark joined your company. I could go on all day but I won't. 5 stars all day.
