He came home knowing sit, down, stay, and come when called. He wasn't that great on a leash yet because of him being so young and she had worked wonders with him on the collar as the breeder we purchased him from never had any collars on him. Before he went there he would constantly scratch any collar we put on him and pull on the leash. I would recommend them for training any day! They also did great socializing him with children!

She knows where we are going. When she sees Jennifer, she is going crazy. I wish yelp would let me upload a video to prove this. I have done Daycare and Grooming and I am OVERJOYED with the service. When I saw Jennifer sitting on the ground in the yard with the fur babies, all I could say is WOW! Whenever I call or email, the response is always prompt and there is great customer service. I called today to get my bunny in because she was in GI . I was kept on hold for the longest of time, then when I was answered I was told that they didn't do rabbit procedures but they do see them. I was then referred to someone that doesn't even see bunnies. I also asked if I can go ahead and schedule to have her nails clipped and was told to get whoever see her to do it! I'm not striking against the doctor because she wasn't involved in this incident and could be unaware, but I do say that the front desk help is there as a compliment to the doctor so she might need to reevaluate her staff
