This place came highly recommended for some cosmetic work I was looking to have done. When I…read moreentered the establishment I immediately became comfortable. The office is absolutely beautiful and in a sense tranquil. They do ask that you wear a mask while visiting in the office as they do have patients with illnesses and who's health could be easily compromised by simple germs. The wait in the waiting area was not a long one and I was soon greeted by the nurse who took my temp and welcomed me to my room in the back . I met with Dr. Howell who will ultimately be the surgeon taking care of my procedure. He and his nurse were so very kind and very professional. He answered all of my questions with great confidence and I honestly felt extremely comfortable the entire time with them. He showed me all of my options explained pros and cons of each giving me his honest opinion of which options best suited me . I was a great candidate of all three so he gave me some homework of my own to help me narrow down and make my own decision on what I felt best suits me and my lifestyle. My husband went with me and he was extremely satisfied with the professionalism that was displayed while we were there with Dr. Howell and although he loves me as I am he left feeling so much better with the knowledge he gained of my surgery. So at this point I am working on making my next appointment and scheduling my procedure. I'm feeling 100 percent confident and I will update this review once I have completed my procedure. I highly recommend if you are questioning or wanting to be informed on any cosmetic procedures reach out to Salem Plastic Surgery you will leave with confidence and knowledge of what you wish to do . I am excited to begin and complete the work I am wanting to have done and I look forward to sharing my experience further with you all.

Why you shouldn't get a rhinoplasty at Salem Plastic Surgery:…read more #1: Dr. Tucker told me "you're being too hard on yourself" when I was trying to explain what I wanted done to my nose, I wasn't asking anything out of the normal I was just addressing my concerns. #2: I had to get a second surgery because Dr. Tucker did not fully remove my hump on my nose (they also wanted to partially charge us for it) #3: Before the second surgery, Dr. Tucker said that there would be an incision in the middle part of my nose to do what I wanted done. When I woke up from the surgery, that was never done. I had to ask later on in a check in appointment and it's still not clear to me why that changed. #4: When Dr. Tucker was showing me examples of previous jobs he's done, he pointed to a previous patient and said "I could've probably done a better job and removed a lot more." #5: The check-ups are pointless. You come in and he asks how you are feeling. That's all. No looking up your nose or thoroughly examining it. Oh, and Dr. Tucker would avoid brining up that I was not happy with the first surgery in the first few check ups. #6: It's been over a year since the second surgery and I am not completely happy with the results for around $8,000. I pick my nose everyday because of dried nasal mucus constantly getting stuck and making breathing uncomfortable. When I go to sleep, one side/ hole of my nose gets blocked, and when I get sick, forget it it's a nightmare. #7: They didn't care that I never made my next check up appointment because I told them I wasn't going to make it, I still had future appointments and they didn't bother to check up. To note: They have a facial and Botox business tied to it, so all the reviews aren't just from surgeries. I was offered a free facial for leaving a 5-star review, which made me question how some reviews are obtained on Google. I'm sure maybe they do good jobs on other surgeries, but rhinoplasty is not one of them. Biggest regret was coming to this place. Overall, I did not feel comfortable, I felt anxious coming here, and it just always felt so awkward. If the business sees this, do not bother calling my number or contacting me because of my review.

I had cancer and had to have reconstruction by a Forsyth Plastic Surgeon during/after the oncology…read moresurgeon removed part of me between my legs. My post surgery follow up with FPS was upsetting. Firstly, I was unable to sit due to stitches between my legs and a Doctor order. Yet i was in the waiting room there for 30 minutes, at the least. MISERABLE! I sat on my opposite hip and just shuffled and stood up as needed while in a waiting room full of patients with puffed lips and lines soon to be erased, so excited. I was not excited. I was in 9/10 pain. Finally, I called back and examined. RELIEF! I was free to be driven home, with a 30 minute ride while only reclining. Reclining is not flat! Going around corners and hitting bumps were awful but I had a flat lie in my sights. Secondly, at the end of my subsequent, two week visit, I was told to sit outside someone's office and wait for her to get off the phone. Again, sitting was painful VERY! When she found time for me, I was called to her office, open door, all front office staff could hear, and asked for a payment. They will remember my upset outburst while crying. FPS hadn't even filed ins yet.. It had only been two weeks. I was still laying every day and eating while standing. (No sitting, no bending, Dr order). Miserable every day. Using stinging salt water rinse to ease the sting of peeing. Always using a mirror to watching for infection. And they were asking me to pay? I couldn't even think. So to Forsyth Plastic Surgery, i didn't hire you, my oncologist did. Next time you need to have compassion. You were awful to me. You need to recognize your elective vs medically necessary patients. I did't ask for or want your services. But I wanted to live. I cringed every time I walked through your doors. I hope none of you ever have to experience my path. If so, I hope your provider and staff have compassion. My Oncology and Radiology staff from a different practice, were EXCELLENT!

I started going to Restoration Medspa August 2023. I came in crying because of how bad my eczema…read morewas. The eczema had left my face with scars and looking much older than I am. Ashley and Rose took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel so comfortable. Ashley and Rose spoke with other employees and as a team they came up with a treatment plan that included laser spot treatments as well as different types of facials specifically catered to my needs. Rose did a basic facial on that first visit to see how my skin would react and recommend some skin care for me to use at home. My facial was very relaxing and while I was in there, Rose continue to ask me questions about my condition to get further clarification. Ashely scheduled a laser visit for me within the week. Fast forward to April 2024. My skin is unrecognizable. While I have started a new eczema treatment that doesn't really work on my face, what is the most shocking is how young I look. When I tell people that I am going to be 40 or that I have a 17 year-old daughter they just laugh and say there's no possible way. I no longer have pores that are visible. My complexion is smooth has very few wrinkles. The majority of the scarring is gone. The laser treatments that Ashley has given me has completely given me my confidence back. What I really love about Ashley is that while I am in the office visit with her, she will give me honest advice about Botox and Cool Sculpt and other services that they offer in the spa. After seeing Ashley for almost a year, I trust her opinion. Thank you Ashley. I never feel any pressure to make purchases while I am there, but yet I feel like all of the staff gives me honest advice and allows me to make my own decisions. They have even told me that certain things are not going to be the best treatment option for me and I respect that so much. A lot of people will sell you anything just to make money but I feel like they truly put my health concerns first and foremost. Rose is no longer there and Charisse is now doing my facials. Charisse is absolutely amazing. Charisse has done HydraFacials, and Oxygen Facials on me. She has the order of the facials down to a science to get me the best benefits. I have also done Dermaplaning with Charisse to get rid of facial hair and eyebrow shaping. Charisse also gives me advice on at home care and I feel like that has made a world of difference for me as well. I recently had my first chemical peel, which Charisse suggested to do directly after getting the laser spot treatment. When I went to work that weekend, my manager stopped me and asked me why my face was glowing the way that it was. My manager said she has never seen my skin look so good and she knew the struggle that I have with my complexion and skin. For the first time in my entire life, I have been taking pictures and videos without any kind of filter. While this may not seem like a big deal to some people for me , it is. I have never been confident in my own skin. After getting the Alle app on my phone to save money and get coupons, I got a coupon for Botox. The same day that I got the coupon I met with Marisa spoke with me about some of my concerns, including wrinkles, as well as something that I had heard about masseter Botox. I had heard that it will make your face on her however she said it was more for people who clinched their jaws a lot, and put a lot of strain on their teeth as well as their jaws. Marisa allowed me to feel her jaws and then mine. Wow. Mine were like golf balls and hers were flat. I decided to go with some injections in my masseters and a little under the eyes. Marisa started small with my jaw Botox and was honest that I may need more but didn't want to charge me for more until she saw the results. I could tell a little difference in my jaws before my complementary three week check up. However my under eyes look well rested and full. The skin didn't look as wrinkled and I just looked younger and bright eyed. During my three week check up Marisa decided that we would go with a little more Botox and my jaws but she would not allow me to put any more under my eyes. Once again, this shows you how particular this team is when they make recommendations. After getting another round of Botox in my jaws, I have nothing there. My jaws are smooth and have no bulges. My cheekbones look so full and I am convinced it is due to my jaws being slimmer. I haven't even been back for my three week check up yet. I appreciate these ladies so much for making me feel beautiful on the outside. The entire staff at Restoration Medspa has went above and beyond to give me back something that has been missing for so long. Thank you! Rita N

It was a HORRID experience. His staff talks incessantly about how wonderful he is from the moment you walk in. Pretty much all of the conversation is about Dr. Kirsch. It feels very scripted. The staff tells you how wonderful he is, how gifted he is, how people from all over the world flock to him, then you meet the doctor and he tells you all about himself. He sits too close to you and makes you extremely uncomfortable while he talks about all he thinks he has done. His breath reeks of an open grave while he brags to you of all the famous people he has worked on. Happy just to have somebody to listen him talk about himself he told me how people fly him to Miami to do surgeries for other surgeons (hahaha). At the time I was very young, so I fell under the spell of the doctor's narcissism and didn't even notice his face. In thinking back I wonder about the personal hygiene behind a plastic surgeon who is fat, sloppy, has body odor, a face full of terrible pock marks and long greasy hair. Desperate to get rid of tummy flab though, Kirsch was inexpensive(you get what you pay for). It was an overnight stay. He does surgery from the back of his office and I can tell you that once I was back there, there was a weird smell back there that was NOT antiseptic! He did the surgery that morning and left me in the care of an overnight nurse. It took me a VERY long time to wake up from the surgery, which lets me know that they not only gave me too much anesthesia, but they also gave me way too much morphine. When I finally started to come to, the pain was like nothing I've ever felt before. Excruciating would be an understatement. That nurse never allowed me to completely regain consciousness. It's vitally important after anesthesia to cough and clear the lungs, but each time I slowly came out of my fog, this woman shot me up with HUGE amounts of morphine. I have vague memories of that night in the back of his office. I kept dreaming that someone was screaming. It was me. The surgery was so traumatic that my body was in shock, but that nurse did little to soothe or help me but pump me more and more full of morphine. Early the next morning, Kirsch arrived. He did not check me, he did not ask me how I was doing and he did not show me ONE OUNCE of kindness. It is impossible to hold yourself upright after the surgery. You have to stand bent at a 90 degree angle. It's very painful and very difficult. The nurse told me she was going to give me a big shot of morphine to get me through the pain of him moving me. When she gave me that shot, I passed out cold. In between trying to stay awake and passing out, he came into the room and asked her why I was not up and ready to go yet. He smacked me in the face and told me to wake up. When I could not, he pulled me upright and shook me and said, "You are going home right now!" I still could not wake up so he stuck an ammonia stick up my nose and yelled at me "GODDAMN YOU I SAID WAKE UP!" My BP was so low I could not wake up so he kept sticking ammonia up my nose while he cussed the nurse for not having me ready. He told her, "This bitch is NOT staying here all day long!" He pulled me off of the bed in attempt to get me to stand. I was near unconsciousness and my legs did not work. He could not hold me up and dropped me on my face right on the concrete floor. Even through the morphine I could feel and hear my face hit the floor. I passed out again and woke up to him trying to pull me into a wheelchair...and never once stopped sticking the ammonia up my nose saying "Bitch wake up you are leaving." When he finally got me into the wheelchair, he shoved me to their secret exit door and left me there for that nurse and my BF to try and get me into the car. He couldn't have cared less about me. It was the worst experience of my life and I still have traumatic nightmares about what this man did to me. I despise you Dr. Kirsch for what you did to me and I hope EVERYBODY sees this!!!!!!
