She never said, "I know this already" Dr. McCain showed pride in Emily's responses. They both interacted with me in an informative way, asking me about my questions and concerns. They were very respectful, kind and they really cared about my comfort. Dr. Pichardo came in, checked me over again agreed with everything they had noted. She was also very kind and told me to make next year's appointment now but if I have concerns before then, I should call and they'd get me in. I really appreciated that. She is an incredible listener -- she doesn't rush you, she gives you all the time you need, and you can tell she truly hears every concern. What really sets her apart is how compassionate and dedicated she is. She went above and beyond trying to get my daughter's medications at an affordable price - making calls, doing follow-ups, and working through different options until it worked for us. No one does that anymore, but she did. She carefully adjusted and changed medications as needed, always checking back in to make sure things were going exactly the way they should. As I sat there I seen multiple people going in and out of the building with no mask on even familys of four going in the building together.
