I've never met Dr. Arasheban personally, but I've been a physician for over 10 years and have encountered many patients who have him as their doctor. What has always stood out to me is how consistently they speak about him with a level of appreciation and trust that goes beyond simply being satisfied with their medical care. That kind of relationship between a physician and patient is increasingly rare. The impression I've gotten over the years is of a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and takes personal responsibility for helping them navigate their health. That deserves recognition.

He was attentive, professional, followed up on my lab results, and made sure important primary-care matters were addressed. Unfortunately, my experience with the practice has gradually changed significantly. Over time, the office appears to have shifted away from the level of personal and professional medical care I initially received. Much of my care has been handled by nurse practitioners, and I have had several experiences that raised serious concerns for me regarding attention to detail and professionalism. On multiple occasions, incorrect prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy, and I was the one who noticed the errors. When I brought one of these incidents to Dr. Arasheben's attention, I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously or adequately addressed. Initially, I treated it as an isolated mistake, but over time I experienced additional issues that caused me to lose confidence in the practice. Most recently, when I asked about my overdue annual physical, I was told that it was my responsibility to keep track of when my annual examinations were due. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of care, I was essentially told that if I was unhappy, I could find another primary-care physician. After being a patient for five years, this was extremely disappointing. In my experience, the practice today feels much more focused on running and expanding a business than providing the attentive, disciplined primary care that I received when I first became a patient. Based on my recent experiences, particularly the repeated prescription errors and the response to my concerns, I can no longer recommend this practice as a primary-care provider.

Terrible! I waited…read moreFIVE MONTHS for my appointment and got absolutely ZERO help! I suffer from severe anxiety and panic disorder. He gave me a 30 second physical checkup. When I told him about my panic attacks, he told me to exercise and pray more. He mentioned the cross necklace I was wearing and asked me if my faith was superficial or deep. Such a joke. He also loved talking about himself. Seems like a nice guy, but he is awful. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I'm sorry I did.

Awesome! Simple awesome…read more He takes the time to find out what the problem is and works to solve it. one of the best things is he meets you where you are. His first approach is through diet, nutrition, and exercise. But if that doesn't solve the problem he will work with you to find a balance of eastern and western that you are comfortable with. We've successfully taken care of some issues that have bothered me for years that others doctors couldn't seen to fix (not even a little). Staff is awesome and caring. And if you're ever in and don't feel well, you will get called back just checking in to make sure you are doing ok. I love them. Now for the downside...it can take a VERY long time to get your first appointment. He does this so he has time for his current patients. So my advice is call in now to put your name on the list. I think my first appointment was 9 months from when I first called. But so worth it.

He's very nice, easy to talk to, explains things well, really cares, and has good bedside manner. He is very responsive when I have an issue or a question. The CS app is very easy to use. I can schedule appointments through the app and message him whenever I need. It's also really nice that after I take test, my results usually pop up pretty fast on the app... I love that! The office is very nice and clean. Elvira has always been very nice and helpful. Another Plus is that they validate parking which is great. You can park in the parking structure or if you're lucky you can find parking on the street as well. Thank you Dr Soroushyari for taking great care of us !

When questioned, they replied that they cannot correct it because it already submitted it to the insurance company and i signed some paper saying I agree to pay what the insurance doesn't cover. Doctor is OK, but his staff is not. Stay away, not worth the drama.
