2 years ago in the winter, I awoke to a cold house. I was new to the city, so I called around…read more Colony was the first available. The technician was efficient and the price reasonable. However, due to it being a Saturday, I was charged a $250 weekend service charge. The problem was that drifting snow had blocked the outflow pipe. While the technician was at my home, he received a call from my neighbor experiencing exactly the same thing. The technician advised him to clear his exhaust pipe. No charge. I did not object to the technician's service fee, but felt the weekend fee excessive, especially since my neighbor was treated fairly at NO CHARGE. Colony profited unreasonably and lost my business because of it. Dr. Sisson

When the faucet died, I naturally asked them to find and replace the faucet. Here's what I learned: 1 - do not rely on the information provided by whoever answers the phone. (not my job, was the essence of the explanation) They might be good at cleaning out clogged drains, but I wouldn't trust them to do that right either. Use them at your peril. You've been warned.
