Then 2 days before my appointment, I got a call telling me that they had to cancel my appointment and reschedule. Well that was another 2 weeks out. So now it took me 9 weeks to finally see the doctor. Now I have seen the doctor and am waiting for a call to get the surgery scheduled. It has been 2 weeks and no call. I am learning that to see a doctor and get a health issue taken care of is ridiculous. Once again, once there the experience was just fine.

I have been a patient here for several years, and every single appointment with him feels like an inconvenience to him. He is consistently rude, impatient, dismissive, and visibly annoyed the moment he walks into the room. I have never dealt with a doctor who seems so miserable and frustrated just doing his job. His bedside manner is awful, and over the years it has become clear that he cares less and less about his patients and more about rushing people out the door. It honestly makes the entire experience uncomfortable and discouraging. It's disappointing because the rest of the staff is wonderful, but one person's attitude can completely change the experience.

He explained my different options and together we made a decision. Dr's office staff was very helpful, too. My insurance had previously told me he was a preferred provider and then went back on it, charging me out of network rates. They waited for payment while I hashed it out with insurance. The office is fully entitled to request payment while I deal with insurance, but they were understanding and kind - and in the end my insurance paid. I would certainly recommend Dr Phillip Jones.

Upon arrival things seemed to go well, that went downhill when I got in the patient room. This doctor used tools he got from Home Depot to take measurements. Because I have been having chronic pain and gave him a rating he stated, "she didn't look like she was in that much pain". First off after suffering from chronic pain for years it's not abnormal for people to just deal with it Doc. Everybody expressions are different. Your a Doctor you should understand. Then in the examination room he rudely told me in front of my friend, " if you don't move your arms back further Im going to deny your claim". Talk about punking the client. I would never refer a hurt cat or dog to this man. I can say he is a liar and I will leave it at that...

I would go in for checkups after my surgery and he wouldnt even take my knee brace off to check my knee. He said i would be off crutches after a month. Six months went by and my knee was still swollen and i was still on crutches. Everytime i went in for checkups he said that it would be fine and that there was nothing wrong with my knee. I asked him how he would know without even looking at my knee or doing xrays or mri's. He rudely said that i need to suck it up and continue physical therapy. I transfered to another doctor who did an mri and he said that the surgery was half assed and was done improperly. He didnt even fix part of my miniscus. A few months later i saw him at a memorial golf tournament and he was drunk off his ass cursing at the girl in the snack bar and saying sexually descriminate and racist things to her as he walked out. Bad doctor, and an even worse human being.
