Christina McDonald, the owner, treated my father for years. Her son, Martin McDonald, had helped my son with shoulder dislocations -- and for those after-hours visits, he charged $200 cash and gave me his personal cell phone for direct contact. Every time -- without fail -- I made one thing crystal clear: NO NECK ADJUSTMENTS. EVER. We were not comfortable with them, and that boundary was firmly communicated, over and over again. I recently went in for treatment related to my hand, not my neck. I explicitly told Martin again: No adjustments. Especially no neck manipulation. During the first visit, he respected that and simply used tools and tape. I started to feel better. Then I returned 5 days later, asked for the same treatment, and was told to lie down. Without any warning, explanation, or consent -- he grabbed my head and cracked my neck. I was blindsided. Terrified. Shocked. And then he casually walked out and said, "That'll fix your hand." This was not a misunderstanding. This was not a mistake. This was a violation. I said NO. I said I was afraid. I said it multiple times, in multiple appointments. He did it anyway. As a result of that one reckless, unwanted act: * I've been to the ER three times * I've had multiple medical consultations and now need an MRI * I'm in constant, daily pain * I've been unable to work for over a month * I've had to hire help for basic tasks -- including someone to wash my hair * I can't drive, can't sit through a meal, can't do basic chores * I've lost money on a non-refundable vacation and Mother's Day plans * I've spent thousands of dollars trying to manage the damage through massage, medication, and anything I can find for relief I reached out to Martin directly using the personal number he gave me -- the same one he told me to use when he was collecting $200 in cash. I was angry, in pain, and feeling completely violated. Yes, I used profanity in my texts. I was furious, and rightfully so. But instead of taking responsibility, he dismissed everything. He said: "If it's money you want, call my ex-wife. She took it all." "I live on $1,000 a month." "Jesus doesn't like the F word." "This line is for friends and family -- call the office." So when he's taking money, I'm "family." But when he seriously injures me, I'm told to take a number? I then contacted Christina McDonald, hoping she would do the right thing. She admitted she was concerned about Martin, mentioned his divorce, possible health issues, and that there was no excuse for what happened. She seemed sympathetic and followed up with me -- promised I wouldn't need legal action, that she would make it right, and that she would talk to her husband. Then came the silence. More calls, more messages. Excuses. Eventually, I got a message through her secretary, saying they were now getting a lawyer involved. So after all this -- the pain, the trauma, the financial loss, the inability to function -- I was ignored, dismissed, and lied to. None of this would have happened if Martin had respected the word "NO." He was told not to touch my neck. He did it anyway. And now I'm the one left picking up the pieces of a life he disrupted with one reckless decision. This isn't just about a chiropractic adjustment. It's about consent. Boundaries. Basic human decency. And the complete lack of professionalism or accountability shown by this clinic. If you value your health, your safety, or your dignity -- think twice before trusting this place

Went today because my lower back has been bothering me. After a few adjustments he said I should be fine and I do feel fine! I have rheumatoid arthritis and it is very hard to go to a regular chiropractor who wants to twist you up like a pretzel. Wunsch has a table I can only describe as a bouncy Table. It's so much easier and more comfortable for me as I'm sure it would be for anyone else. Good luck and good bones!

I was skeptical, and have never been to a chiropractor in my life. I was having knee pains, and have been suffering for many years. I love running, and I used to run 6-8 miles a day for 7 years. I eventually was jogging 10 miles, and doing weight training. I was in great shape. After having my last two kids back to back; I wanted to jog more frequently again, but was having pains in my knee. I could hardly walk!!! Forget running. I was kind of sad that I may never get to run again. I would push myself to run, but would suffer from pains in my knees, and limping. First visit. Found out I was all twisted up and everything out. My pelvis out from having bad back labor 11 years ago!!! 11 years of jogging on screwed up pelvis. Ouch. I wasn't having full range turning my neck either. Honestly didn't know I wasn't, until first adjustment. My neck feels great, and I can turn my head. The second appointment my knee was feeling tons better. I was walking "normal".!!!!!! I started jogging, and no pain in my knee. By the third appointment everything was aligned. I'm jogging now, and have been working out again. I'm able to get deeper in my lunges. I hope to improve my core and my inner thighs to improve my knees. Now I can exercise and lose 45 pounds, which will decrease the pressure on my knees. I actually look forward now to chiropractic visits. It's kind of fun, and changed what I thought about chiropractors. The doctor I was going to, had told me my knee pain was from aging, and nothing I could do about it. This was years earlier. Doctor Wunsch even gave me advice about my thyroid. Thank you so much.

There was a pretty new patient form I had to fill out prior to my first appointment but it was very thorough and I felt like they asked all the right questions. I was set to meet with Ethan Henneberry who was so kind and asked so many questions before adjusting me at all. Once we went through all the information, he then went through and started showing me different stretches I could to daily to help the discomfort I am dealing with. I have an office job so I'm sitting for long periods of time and most of my issues deal with those types of posture issues. After that, he then adjusted me which was delicate, painless, and gave me some relief in the moment. I know after years of chiropractic appointments that it isn't a cure, it's a lifestyle to keep my body in the best shape I can for optimal living. We have a game plan to help correct my posture and give me long term relief and support which I feel very confident about. I highly recommend Spine Chiropractic and Ethan Henneberry for your chiropractic needs!
