I live in Ohio, and she is a real estate agent in California, so I did NOT use her as my real estate agent. I approached her because we were seriously considering selling our home, we felt a calling to move elsewhere, and I wanted something beyond the traditional real estate answer. I wanted her intuitive perspective. Was this actually the right time to sell? Was our house ready for us to leave? Were we going to get what we wanted from it if we sold now? That question turned into an incredible exploration of the energy of our home. She has never physically been inside our house, yet she helped me understand things about it that I had been feeling for years without really knowing how to explain them. Certain rooms felt different. Some spaces felt stagnant. There were areas we naturally avoided or simply didn't enjoy being in. She helped me understand that instead of fighting against those feelings, I could actually pay attention to them. She identified areas where the energy needed to shift and gave me multiple ways to work with the energy depending on what I wanted to accomplish. She talked with me about our pets, different spaces in the house, what the home seemed to need from us, and even what could almost be described as the home's own wish list. One of the biggest messages involved our kitchen and adding an island. We ultimately remodeled the kitchen and added one, and the change in that part of our home has been incredible. It didn't just look different. It felt different. She also told us something I wasn't expecting to hear: our house wasn't finished with us yet. At the time, I was ready to move, or so I thought. Instead, she encouraged us to consider that there was still something here for us and that we could make the home feel completely different if we chose to stay. She gave me ideas for intentionally changing the energy, including ways of incorporating certain numbers and other elements depending on what we wanted to bring into the space. She has also continued to check in with us throughout this process. Her perspective has consistently been that selling simply for the sake of getting out isn't necessarily the same thing as selling at the right time. She has encouraged us to be patient rather than rushing into a sale that might not give us the outcome we're hoping for. But the most surprising part of this entire experience has been what happened to our family. For years, this house felt stuck. There was frustration and miscommunication, and we couldn't figure out why we never quite felt settled here. Once we stopped treating the house as just a shell we lived in and started intentionally changing the way we interacted with our environment, something shifted. We brought life back into our home, and somehow, we brought life back into our family at the same time. I completely understand that energy work isn't going to be everyone's thing. That's okay. I'm not writing this to convince anyone what they should believe. I'm writing it because I experienced it. She was thousands of miles away. She had never walked through my house. Yet there were things she picked up on that we hadn't discussed and things she helped me recognize that suddenly made years of experiences inside this home make sense. Her intuitive ability is extraordinarily rare, and combining that intuition with her knowledge of homes and real estate gives her a perspective I have never encountered anywhere else.
