After my brother passed, we hired this firm to take care of his estate. The family lives out of…read morestate so it was easier to hire someone to get his affairs in order. My brother had very little assets and no property so we thought this would be a simple process. After 6 months of very little contact we had to continuously call to get an update of any progress. As a family we just wanted closure and ensure everything was getting completed. In short, after over a year of not getting completed or getting much response we ended up doing a lot of the work to close out his estate. I closed out his student loans and some accounts as well as obtained his W-2's to get his taxes done. With this we asked them to please close out the rest and send the money to my father. My father finally received the money but with no explanation of what was done or where it came from! As we are glad to finally have everything settled after 1 yr +, we found this law firm to be very unprofessional and uncaring to our grief of getting this simple matter completed!
