He drove my 93-year-old mother all the way from Alexandria, VA to a hospice house in Charlotte, NC, and his exceptional care turned a challenging journey into a deeply comforting experience. Wally has a definite, undeniable passion for his job. From the moment we started, his warm, caring, and reassuring presence made my mother feel incredibly safe and comfortable. Throughout the long drive, he followed closely behind me and even called me on the phone from the van so that my mother could hear my voice and stay reassured along the way. When we finally arrived at the hospice house in Charlotte, Wally's care didn't stop at the door. He introduced himself to the staff, personally escorted my mother to her room, and stayed for a while before his long drive back to Virginia just to ensure she was completely settled and comfortable. Wally went above and beyond in every possible way. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication are truly exceptional, and our family is profoundly grateful.

Unfortunately, a major snowstorm hit that day, and it was difficult to find someone available given the road conditions. Thankfully, MTS Transportation stepped in when we needed them most. Our driver, Natinael, was outstanding--professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. He ensured a safe and smooth ride home despite the harsh weather and made the trip stress-free. I had no idea a service like this existed! Most assume only family can pick up a patient since rideshares like Uber aren't allowed. It's a huge relief knowing MTS is an option, so you don't have to ask someone to leave work just to provide transportation. Highly recommend MTS for their reliable and caring service. They truly came through when we needed them! Huge thanks to NATINAEL!
