Found HushMoneyMusic on Yelp while I was searching to find a studio that I can vibe and grow with…read more The first impression I got on the phone was honest, motivating, and wise! I hadn't even gone to the studio, and the vibrations were already great! Kubla and Chrys are really hardworking, and you see they have Enormous Love for what they do. They are both very optimistic, and they make you feel comfortable, like you're at home! Everyone that is part of HushMoneyMusic is very warm Hearted, Helpful, Motivating, Honest, and Extremely Professional. If you are looking to book a session in one of their artistically designed studios, you will not regret it! They have four recording studios you can choose from. They equip all the rooms with high-quality equipment from mixing, mastering, songwriting, producing, and even video production! Each room has an Isolated Vocal Booth. The Rose Room, the love room, is warm, cozy, feely, and creative. The IceBox, which is bright, fuzzy, and makes you feel like a bright diamond, sprouting. Studio A is a Fresh, Clean, let's get down to business, but still, have an amazing time. The Green room is my favorite, the Abundance room, makes you feel just good energy all around, natures frequency's, clear-headed vibes, free-thinking, just a magnificent room. All the rooms are spectacular in their own way. Each Studio is Elegant and Comfortable for creating of ANY sorts. You get a lot of Inspiration by just being in the rooms honestly, because you are doing what you love, and with a magnificent setting/environment. The prices are great for Everything they offer. It's worth every penny. Think of this as an investment in yourself, for something that will be beneficial to you in all areas! HushMoneyMusic is the place to go!

Recently went to Hush Money Music Studio to make a personal project…read more It was my first time ever doing a recording and the experience was awesome! Kevin helped me out, giving me pointers, advice, and boosted my confidence. He made my non-singer voice sounds great! Overall, we had a really great time together creating the tracks. Will totally come back if I ever need the service.

Pirate used to be very good but the equipment is very worn out these days…read more I went for a drum session after a few years off the kit and the first studio I rented had a destroyed snare head. Their customer service (via WhatsApp) got me into another studio, upgraded size, free of charge. This one had clamps that wouldn't hold the toms, the screws were totally stripped out on the kick pedal and the whole kit would start falling apart midway through a song. They moved me to another room which was missing a bunch of equipment and had hi-hats for crash cymbals so I asked to be moved back to the previous. I was able to limp through on a few tracks but eventually the kick pedal wouldn't stay in place for longer than a verse or chorus and the rack toms were swinging around in their stripped clamps and the start/stop was making this really pointless. I asked for a 50% refund which I did NOT receive, they gave it back as credit towards next time. Here's the deal: I will be back because they're the best option nearby. Band rehearsal spaces are a tough business. The gear gets absolutely thrashed and maintenance takes both specialized knowledge, money, and care. It seems like their on-site manager either doesn't care, doesn't have the budget to fix things, or has no idea what they're doing. Pirate's the only option nearby that doesn't feel like I'm going to get robbed, stabbed, or tetanus. I'm going to start building up my own small gear to supplement what they can't seem to take care of (cymbals, snare, kick pedal) and hope the problems stop there.

I recently started going to this place frequently, on my 3rd and 4th time I noticed the low…read morefrequencies from other rooms were literally being recorded in our sessions, we had to pause every minute in order to get our vocals recorded "professionally" in a "PRO" recording studio, they shouldn't advertise it as a "PRO" when in reality it's just basic, why even advertise "recording studio rooms" when you cant even record without having other neighbor's low frequencies showing up in your own recordings? this last time was a huge bummer, and I was really starting to love this place until.... :/
