He got necessary medications ordered for my husband, as well as appropriate 'supplements'. My husband started showing improvement within a few days. I hate this building, I don't like anyone that works there except the girls that check you in. Both of my ultrasound technicians were just awful. The first one gave me so much attitude, like really? I'm almost 8 months pregnant at this point, hormones are just kinda radiating from me, you really wanna mess with that? The second one, we asked to try to see the gender of my baby, didn't even try. Just moved the wand around and when she couldn't see anything because he was blocking the way just stated it was a girl because she didn't want to try to find out. And then to top all of this off, I missed like 2 appointments because I work, you know I'm having a kid, so that seems kinda logical, but anyway, this lady comes in to explain to me their rules for missing appointments and decides to let me know that they randomly drug screened me and it came back positive for thc (let's not get into that discussion right now) right in front of my mom. Like really? You couldn't pull me to the side and talk to just me? That's just rude and unprofessional. So yea, whenever I end up having my second child I will definitely NOT be going to the women's health center of lebanon. My insurance will gladly pay someone else's paycheck. They'll probably at least give a damn about their job and what they're doing.

As the other reviews state, the staff here are great. They are pleasant and professional and kind of go out of their way to help you when needed. When I attempted to navigate the halls on my own and got lost, there was no hesitation when I asked for directions. There appears to be ample parking around all the buildings. The grounds are laid out in such a way that it is a leisurely walk if you do choose to go outside to traverse between buildings. Overall, this is a great campus for those seeking care that are Veterans. I wish all VA Centers were set up like this.

This last time i called the patient advocate office 16x with no resolution! 2. Lebanon VA prosthetics office definitely doesn't work for the patient at all! Applied for a ramp to access my home giving full details. The 1st time was denied. I appealed and was approved. A ramp specialist did an estimate and gave it to the Lebanon VA. Never heard anything back. Tried to call (14 March 2026) and discuss with no viable response from (sounded like from rep) Stef, chief of prosthetics. Called wh hotline (7 May 2026). Received call 14 May 2026, from what sounded like pronounced Stef Morland, from prosthetics. She said a letter would be sent (it's only 7 mos late) ramp denied because not enough space available. I told her there is space available. She became very kurt and would not discuss further and could appeal the decision. Why is it so hard for deserving veterans to be denied the help they need to access their home???

Dr. Diverio is the worst doctor that I have ever seen. I went to him pretty sure that I knew the…read moreproblem I have with my knee. I also brought documentation that supported my symptoms I wanted him to look at. All I wanted was for him to tape the patella so that it cannot pinch the Infrapatella Fat Pad. He had already done exploratory surgery and removed a portion of the fat pad because it was abnormally large. I hated having to go back to him, but I thought he would understand based on what he found during the surgery. He refused to tape it, refused to send me for an MRI or x-ray, and told me that I just have to deal with it the rest of my life. He would not even look at the paper work that I brought in. He would not even refer me to someone who could help. In todays society, with the help of the internet, a person can pretty much diagnose oneself, and I even had the benefit of his surgery findings to back up my symptoms. During the whole process, I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor. He treats people like they are inferior to him, and getting more than five minutes of his time is a miracle. If even one person reads this, and chooses another doctor, I feel like I will have done the world a great service.
