We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. My wife and I thought we would have to wait a few months until something else came in the market, but maybe a week or two went by and Steven found a new build that was almost completed -- it was not even listed on any of the big websites (Zillow, etc.). He negotiated our home at our budget and even got the closing costs to be COMPLETELY covered -- we were actually paid a large sum of money at closing when we got the home with NO money out of pocket. This man was on top of everything -- he was an amazing asset to this process. My wife and I felt confident and well informed. In the midst of the home buying process, my wife had our first baby and Steven sent us a card and gift card for our baby -- he didn't need to do that, but he is is a good man. He even gave us a custom made house warming gift that we absolutely love! If you want a great realtor who will do the hard work and help you get what you want, Steven is the man. We had decided to purchase some investment properties in the Orlando area and ask Jose for a referral. That is how I met Jessica and Lauren. I mostly worked with Lauren directly who did a great job helping me refine the areas that I was most interested in as well as doing things like creating video showings of the properties for me since I am located in Texas. I was doing a 1031 exchange of a property that I was selling in Austin so that complicated things. Also, I eventually decided to purchase two properties, one in cash and the other with a mortgage, which complicated things further. There were some ups and downs in my journey due to a sale of my Austin property falling through which caused the contingent deals to fall through, but ultimately, with the help of Jessica and Lauren, I was able to get two fabulous properties to add to our portfolio. I highly recommend them if you are looking to buy or sell real estate in the Orlando/Kissimmee area whether you are looking for a primary residence or an investment property. I am really thankful that I met them and grateful for their persistence, patience, and expertise in helping me close these deals.

This review is long overdue! In the early spring of 2024 my husband and I decided our short time…read morein Orlando had come to an end. We had a fabulous Florida Mid Century house that when we bought it had been upgraded with all the designer fixings and a spacious backyard with room for the 15x 30 6 ft deep pool we built with all new landscaping, turf, slabs and marble creating a resort style backyard. We knew we could probably break even so when a house came up on the market for close to what we were wanting to list I went to the open house to get the low down from the listing agent. On that day I met Mary Heidrich and I knew right away that she was good people. She was charming, warm and friendly and I could tell she was not the typical Floridian Realtor who seemed to look out only for personal gain and greed which was something very important to us since we wanted someone we could trust. A month later we listed and because of Marys trust in our home, expertise and most likely her charm to the buyer we received an all cash offer near asking price and we broke even and then some. Mary thank you from the bottom of our hearts without your excitement and trust in our how special we had made that home we would have been lost. We are so lucky we had Mary Heidrich represent our home and we could not recommend her enough if you want an all around genuine kind person representing you.
