It was being returned to Amazon due to a defect in the product, so I wasn't willing to pay extra for a new box. Went to another UPS Store that provided tape at no charge to close the box and gladly accepted the box to return to Amazon. Beware and don't get ripped off at this location.

Then beyond expertly notarizing my real estate document, she selected an optimal place to meet and worked with me twice on adjusting the time of the appointment after I realized I wasn't going to be able to make the original schedule. She amended my document at her office before meeting me, adding the official notarial information needed. Moreover, Sheena even brought two copies of the document just in case the first one needed to be modified. As it turned out, we needed the second copy. I needed my landlord to know that I was just in Florida on vacation and that, in fact I remain a New York resident. Sheena added a note after the line where my driver's license numbers were recorded.
