Unlike many antique stores it is well arranged and fairly spacious (3 levels) and NOT dusty like so may that tend to make you sneeze with decades old dust and mold spores in the air. It is primarily upmarket (and pricey) but some very nice art and furniture pieces. Mrs G loved a painting there but just too small for our 15 foot ceilinged family room (converted Manor house) and I loved a massive dining table (too big!!!). I shop here for antique gifts for friends and family, and the owners are always helpful and knowledgeable. Very reasonable prices too. The Antique Centre is not quite what it used to be, but the Jays Nest is reason enough to pop in if you're looking for unusual gifts that have some history!
