We worked with Bryan for a mortgage. It literally took 3 months of us trying to get ahold of him,…read moreand the mortgage got nowhere. He did not give us any timely information- we had to constantly try to reach him via email, cell, and text. Even then, he didn't pick up or respond. The most we'd get from him was an email, after the millions of calls and texts that we sent. It's horrendous how discourteous and unprofessional he was!! He also quoted us at higher rate than what was posted on the Bank's website - I don't know what that was about, as he never returned our calls, but it seemed like shady business. He also obviously didn't know what he was doing, as he didn't know upfront which documents we needed to submit to the underwriter! Each week we would get a new requirement from him regarding some new document that we'd need to submit. It was a horrible, absolutely terrible, experience working with him. I've closed on 2 properties before going to him, and I've worked with multiple mortgage specialists in the past. Bryan was, by far, the worst mortgage specialists ever, in skill, knowledge, efficiency, professionalism, communications, and more!
