It's stressful enough selling a home when you live in the area, but being out of state makes it much more challenging --- unless you have Andrea and her team working with you! She was there through each and every step of the way. I needed to clean out a 3,000 square foot house that was full of a lifetime worth of all kinds of stuff. Andrea referred me to valuable and trustworthy sources to help with this monumental task. She also made arrangements for cleaners, painters, flooring people, stagers, and various maintenance and repairs that needed to be taken care of. Her team brought in tried and true people to handle these tasks. I would have had to make many trips back and forth from California to Boise if it hadn't been for Andrea. Her knowledge of the Boise housing market, her professionalism, and assistance was invaluable. Andrea was exemplary at communicating with me on a regular basis to give me updates. Ultimately, she found the perfect buyer and guided me through the process to a successful closing. Needless to say, I highly recommend Andrea Pettitt and her team!

Natalie graciously spent an entire day taking me on a very well-thought-out tour of homes and neighborhoods that fit my requirements, complete with a thick stack of printouts of the listings and a map that showed the location of all of the destinations (very helpful for keeping one's bearings in a new town). She was very attentive to my preferences and adjusted our itinerary on the fly as she learned more about what I liked or disliked in a home; I never had to tell her twice, and she never wasted time showing me a home that didn't fit my parameters. It became very clear to me that she knows this market and her business inside and out. In addition to her professionalism, she is also very personable and friendly, which is pretty important when you're spending hour upon hour driving around in a car and viewing homes with someone! I ended up choosing a different location for the move, but if I had chosen Boise I would have been very confident in choosing Natalie as my realtor, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about Juliana Cantele! She was wonderful to work with from…read morebeginning to end. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent. When I met Juliana she said that she loves working with first time home buyers, but specifically, loves working with people who fit her personality. When she said this I thought, "I like her personality and I am a first time homebuyer. Seems like a good fit." And we began working together. We met with Juliana at her office a few months back and she explained the market, interest rates, inventory, the home buying process, and everything in between to us. Then she sent us home to complete a buyer interview. This helped us come up with a good idea of what we were looking for. From there, she searched tirelessly for the next few months for homes that fit our criteria. She was so flexible and willing to make appointments around our schedules to show us different homes. We put in several different offers, and while we couldn't always go high above asking, she knew how to put other terms in the offer that would be appealing to the seller. We got beat out by several cash offers on multiple houses, but eventually we found our dream home. I would like to emphasize, we were NOT the highest offer for the home we ended up buying, but the sellers loved our terms. This helped us beat out 20 other offers. That is how a first time home buyer gets into a house in Boise, Idaho in 2022 - they work with a smart, hardworking, personable gal like Juliana who has INCREDIBLE negotiation skills. We not only got a beautiful house, we gained a wonderful friend through this process. Thank you Juliana for working so hard to help us find our home. We are so thankful for you!

But was very worried since I wasn't familiar with the Treasure valley. Researching online for schools, cities and neighborhoods can be very overwhelming. We were recommended to Amy and Jennifer from a friend that also purchased a home with them. She listened to what I was looking for, my concerns, responded to my silly questions on text, but I also felt like she understood what kind of person I was. I believe that is important when helping someone find the best home. We finally met and she gave me her honest opinion of areas and was knowledgeable of the Treasure valley. She drove all over the area showing me around. I was so grateful and amazed of the time she spent with me. She is smart, calm and honest and I trust her to this day. When we eventually sold our house, Amy spent 2 days for both visits showing us homes. Whatever you need she will help you. We were blown away by Amy's assistant Jennifer. She's fast at getting information about properties and was always available and on top of everything. They were my eyes when I couldn't be there. We finally found the home we wanted and Amy made our dreams come true. Her knowledge of the real estate world is amazing. I scheduled a time, but they told me it was "first come, first serve," that there was a lot of interest in the house, and that it may no longer be available by the time I could see it. So, I agreed to apply. I filled out the application, paid the fee, and submitted all of the required documents. The next day I got an email requiring more documentation, which I submitted. On the second business day after applying, I got an email requesting more information, which I told them I would not be able to submit for two more days. They then told me my application was denied, they weren't refunding the fee, and that they had 9 other applicants. It is unethical to collect 9 applications when you claim to be "first come, first serve." This is clearly revenue generation for them. Second, it is outrageous to deny an application within 2 business days after being submitted, when the applicant is making every effort to comply with your increasing demands. Please do yourself a favor and do not work with this company. When I called to complain, the operations manager hung up on me. They are rude, unethical, and unprofessional.

I hope to…read moreoutline a couple of reasons I feel this way, and how they contrast with other agents we have worked with in the past. Market Knowledge - Julie is an expert in the Treasure Valley, if you give her an idea of where you will be working, what kind of lifestyle you want (rural vs urban vs very rural), your favorite shopping locations, etc she can give you an idea of what part of the valley you will want to look at and what areas you will want to avoid. This cuts down search time tremendously, as it gives you epicenters to concentrate on and places to not waste your time. Communication - Julie is one of the best and most professional communicators that I have worked with in the business. She is matter of fact, but far from curt. Exactly what I want in an agent - be a straight shooter. Julie has this quality in spades. She also always has the best interest of her client in mind and will be honest if she thinks you are making a mistake or being unreasonable. Both welcome and admirable traits in an agent. Friendly - Julie is one of the sweetest people we have ever met or worked with. She took a genuine interest in our children, our pets, etc. She has checked back in several times, long after her commission check cleared. That's how you earn repeat business and clients. Overall, I would (and do) recommend Julie to anyone and everyone I talk to who is looking for an agent.
