I have been renting for 13 years and this is the worst property management company I have ever…read moreworked with. I called them to inquire about viewing a property. I scheduled a time, but they told me it was "first come, first serve," that there was a lot of interest in the house, and that it may no longer be available by the time I could see it. So, I agreed to apply. I filled out the application, paid the fee, and submitted all of the required documents. The next day I got an email requiring more documentation, which I submitted. On the second business day after applying, I got an email requesting more information, which I told them I would not be able to submit for two more days. They then told me my application was denied, they weren't refunding the fee, and that they had 9 other applicants. It is unethical to collect 9 applications when you claim to be "first come, first serve." This is clearly revenue generation for them. Second, it is outrageous to deny an application within 2 business days after being submitted, when the applicant is making every effort to comply with your increasing demands. Please do yourself a favor and do not work with this company. When I called to complain, the operations manager hung up on me. They are rude, unethical, and unprofessional.
