We originally hired Kate to do our newborn photos last year (April 2020), and unbeknownst to us...or anyone, they ended up being canceled because of the pandemic. It was a really hard time for us to be in a pandemic, with a newborn, as new parents, while isolated. Missing out on our newborn photos was a small but nonetheless heartbreaking loss for me. Kate was so graceful and kind, she offered alternatives and came to shoot us (from afar) outside at our home...those photos will be forever memorable. I ended my search for a photographer by the time we hung up, as I knew she'd be the perfect fit for our family shoot in honor of my parents' anniversary. Also I did not receive any kind of relief for my time effort and money spent getting my kids together, my puppy, and they're clothes together getting in the car driving all the way up here all I got was a cancellation. I find that very unprofessional and unacceptable. Please think twice before using this lady for her services she obviously doesn't care and is insensitive.
