In honor of Yelp coming to the Philippines, I have to pay tribute to the titans of the restaurant industry (or just the Pinoy favourites) and one of them, known the world over is Jollibee. I don't think my scouting would be complete without Jollibee on the list.
You don't know how true the "Isang tulog nalang, Jollibee nanaman" was for me when I was a kid. My lolo and lola spoiled me to death whenever I'm in Cebu and we'd get my Jolly Spaghetti there everyday. Imagine summer vacation is like two months and I'd spend it there and Jollibee would always be on the menu.
Though my consumption of Jollibee has gone down quite a bit, I still haven't grown tired of it. Their menu of course has changed, they added things and of course took some down.
This is my favourite branch because it's near my house and practically near everything in Rosario. It's a stone throw away from the church which is great for kids attending the mass since they could always go there after or spend a sort of family day and start a tradition.
