That receptionist in and out crying about how we're gonna pay lol, LPDO is paid off and that receptionist didn't bug us. UMR is a good insurance by the way. Dr was fine just doesn't know her people are not good. A lady was waiting for 3hrs she was pised. Look like a lady with very good job n insurance. I told her good luck. She said thank you to me. God's good, he will direct your kids away from harm. I felt uncomfortable with red flags everywhere. Anyway, my daughters teeth are fixed and thank you lord for removing these kind of people away. The last filling was far too deep and I was in serious pain, but I couldn't go back because this location has gone from being open 5 days a week to 2 1/2. I went to a different dentist and they told me the filling was too deep and I had an infection, then Kids Kare said it wasn't. Now I'm having it pulled. Also, one of the oral hygienist began drilling on a tooth during a routine cleaning, and once when I complained about sensitivity in one of my teeth the dentist had someone else shave my tooth, which should have been done by him. I've had multiple cleanings where the dentist didn't check in with me, even after cleaning. Other members of my family have had issues as well.
