They are completely clueless when it comes to breastfeeding, the nurse weighed my son wrong, and even filled out the wrong questionnaire before she realized the one she was filling out was for a 9 year old, not a 9 month old. The curtain in the exam room had blood stains all over it, trash was really full, and counter tops looked dirty. Needless to say, we walked out after 2hrs and switched doctors!!

This place has very poor customer service and I'm referring to the staff. Dr. Lorenz seemed kind…read moreand caring. They were running a special and instead of asking more relevant questions, they scheduled the appt and than I had to pay in advance to hold my spot. Where the staff failed was not asking if I had seen a chiropractor recently and if they took xrays so I could have brought them to the appt, so because of that it delayed my appt. I called another Dr that I had seen, drove 46 miles round trip and had to pay another $45 but instantly my headache was gone. So now they are refusing to refund my $39 that I paid when the Dr. really didn't do anything to telieve my pain. They also sent me to the local hospital, knowing that I didn't have insurance and they wanted to charge me around $600 for 2 xrays plus the cost of reading them before sending them to the Dr. So I would not recommend this office! Ispine in Lubbock and Levelland is much better, more personalized and cares about their patients and not money. End of Rant.
