They put the face protect on top of blanket and sheets so had to move to get under covers since the rooms were cold in temperature- waited 20 min for an employee to enter. We wait another 15 minutes. But no one entered at start time! Finally I have a women employee come in and she proceeds to start massage my back 20 minutes past the start of the hour. Then she puts her phone in front of my face with Google Translate, states she does not have a third employee that was stuck in a traffic jam and then leaves the room. I wait and she returns 10 minutes later. I ask if my friends were getting massages uninterrupted and she ignores the question and starts to massage my back again. My one friend comes in my room and says they were leaving and I'm to get my massage . My employee leaves, Total chaos in between employees, bickering with each other. She then returns only to argue at the door with another employee. She returns starts massaging my back and literally 3 minutes in she starts calling out to another employee sounded like "Cindy" 3 times. I told her I've had enough. Not relaxing and I'm leaving. I get up get dressed and I called my friends and we left. Never experienced such an unorganized incompetent parlor ever

Don't be afraid! It was awesome. I did a 90 minute massage. I wouldn't do the cupping add-on again - too light. But the CBD oil was great. Awesome job & trust me I go for a lot of massages at some of the nicest resorts and spas. This is not a relaxing journey being pampered in a spa. It is an extremely good deep tissue massage. I will feel It tomorrow which is the intensity that I wanted. Wonderful experience!

The Healing Connect and Kula Wellness Center saved my day. I'm in Tennessee and have a dear friend…read morein Brasstown, NC. She has some serious health issues and as I was searching Brasstown for ideas of gifts to send her, I stumbled upon Kula. I asked my friend if a massage sounded good and she responded, "Well, I've never had one but it sounds good." I contacted Kula and Margie Carpenter responded. She is trained in so many types of massage therapy, I can't list them all. We communicated via text and she was so responsive and caring, I knew she was the one, and Kula the place. Margie directed me to their site for gift cards. It was so easy to treat a friend in another state. Margie communicated with me keeping me up to date re when scheduled. I love them. Thank you, Margie. I'm sure your healing skills helped her healing. I reached Margie through Kula but you can also through Healing Connect as they are linked. The price for my gift was fair and great. Can't beat the value.

Every treatment we experienced was excellent. The massage was fantastic, and I even had my first facial. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it ended up being far more relaxing than I imagined, and I left feeling refreshed. We also spent time in the salt cave, which was a unique and beautiful experience. It's clear they put a great deal of thought into the design and the small details throughout the spa. Between treatments, we enjoyed several of the amenities, including the steam room and the gorgeous relaxation lounge. It's an inviting space where you can unwind, read a book, have a conversation, or enjoy complimentary tea and light snacks. There's also a café on-site, and one of the best parts is that you don't even have to change out of your robe to enjoy it. The food was surprisingly good as well. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely understood what great customer service looks like. We also stayed overnight in one of the on-site rooms, which was spacious, comfortable, and a perfect complement to the spa experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. It exceeded our expectations in every way.

I'm giving it four stars because while everything was nice and the people were friendly it was recorded for the holiday with blue line flags and support the cops signs all over the entrance and in the check in room. It wasn't a welcoming environment for someone new to the area and certainly signaled values before you even get through the doors. I wouldn't feel comfortable sending someone here on my recommendation. Maybe the vibe is different when it isn't the holiday season but wanted to share the feedback for folks who wouldn't be comfortable!
