A vegetarian Ragu with seitan. This place is known for great ragu, which is meat based. But they offer a vegitarian version that was very good. I got a mushroom pasta dish that was very tatsy and filling. I could only eat half due to how filling it was. My wife got an Aperol spritz and I got an italian beer. In the 2 hours we were there we only received a cold appetizer. At that point we decided to leave and get the food to go. The food was mediocre at best. PANART is definitely a nice place to go, but the night time makes Panart look nicer because it covers up a lot of the markings on the wall. It is a whole pallazzo that's been turned into a restaurant. The waitress was super friendly and what was interesting is that they treat you like a local. We went there and wanted to pay with our credit card, but their machine wasn't working. So they said just come back when you have the money. We had the cash, but that was unexpected and nice. I would go back there. The menu for Sunday was either fish or meat. We had meat and it was A LOT of food!

But if you care about ambiance or want to go out on a date, I'd say find somewhere else. It's definitely a family restaurant, and probably better for groups.
