My husband is also recovering from a difficult Covid case and pneumonia and it's been a very stressful, difficult season. As soon as I was released from quarantine, I found a Bible I wanted at a local store here in the Phoenix area and was looking forward to settling into it as a way of casting off some of my stress from our family's ordeal. They weren't interested in my business and I came home in tears. I went to order it online and it was backordered at ChristianBook. There aren't a lot of Brick and Mortar Christian stores in the Valley left so I expanded my search and found Goodruby. The man who helped me said he could order the Bible, imprint it for me, and ship it to me. I had the Bible in my hands exactly 8 days later. It had shipped from Crossway to them, and from them to me, with flawless precision. I so appreciate him going the extra mile to help me in this season and to get a Bible into my hands. He also included a devotional from Voice of the Martyrs in the package. I don't have a lot of occasion to get to Casa Grande but when I next do, I'm excited to stop in and give them my business. Thank you so much for your help and for ministering to my family in this time.

We don't even live in Coolidge, but…read moreit's totally worth your time to drop in some Sunday morn to wander through the outdoor stalls and stuff on the tables and on the ground. Fun for all! I saw bunches of people wearing masks (yeah!) and we never had to worry too much about social distancing, except when paying. I paid cash so I don't know if any/many take plastic moola, next time I'll find out and update this review. It opens pretty early, but we got there about 930 and there was still lots to buy. I especially loved the gorgeous plants for sale, the hats, the handbags (mom bought a brand name new with tags black leather purse for $10). I think us hoomans still harbor the instinct to go to open air markets to assess the goods, to see who's there, to buy the unexpected and the mundane, and to get outside. This no admission regular swap is the real deal. Exciting isn't it, a special kinda business. If you don't have a taste for OPP I won't get into that, I'll do it...ah...sorta properly. Who's down with OPP? Even this homie. (Lyrics secretly borrowed from Naughty by Nature).

Terribly rude young man!…read more I came to Casa Grande, off season. to take care of my mother after her recent surgery. While she rested, I decided to see what the City had to offer. I thought the consignment shop looked interesting and since I love to shop in antique stores, I went in to see what they had in stock. I was not greeted for at least 10 minutes and when I did finally see an associate, a young man, I asked a question and was met with a rude answer, to which an older gentleman interjected and answered my question satisfactory. I left the store and returned 15 minutes later and was met by the young man again and he demanded rudely that I leave my lidded drink while I browsed the store. All this time he was carrying his own drink. I decided that I would take my business elsewhere. If I could rate my experience with no stars I would.
