The two guys that arrived for so nice and worked professionally! Only regret is I didn't leave a review here sooner! Thank you A-1 Appliance for your outstanding service from start to finish! Bouncing ideas and having the technician walk me through what he was doing really put my mind at ease. He explained everything he looked for and said our dishwasher was a keeper a very good model we shouldn't let go up. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything. It was well worth paying for the service call. In times past we have called, talked to a tech and didn't even need a service call. They will definitely be my first call for future needs.

I'm told that this company is now renamed Alpha Appliance Repair. I hired them to diagnose and…read morerepair a problem with a Maytag HE front loading washer. On a 30 minute quick wash, it would take about 2 hours. After 3 visits and replacing a soap valve and a timer module, the problem still existed. Frustrated, I called All Appliance, a factory authorized company, and within 15 minutes, they diagnosed the problem to be a faulty water valve. It was ordered and replaced and all is great. I contacted Alpha in an attempt to negotiate some sort of refund, be it all or partial, explaining what actually fixed the problem, and the owner was not, in no short terms, going to entertain the notion of any refund of any amount to me. I paid $120.00 for the wrong diagnosis, bought 2 parts I did not need, and somehow in her mind, she feels it was not there fault. I would steer clear of this company for appliance repairs of any kind.

Things are laid out very well here, so it's really fun to look around at the different items and styles! Things are easily organized by type of products you are looking for, and there's plenty of room to walk around looking, and see all angles of the items for sale. This store, just like Nebraska furniture Mart has FAR too many employees. You can tell they are all commission based. Every time I walk around, between five and 10 employees ask me if I'm finding everything all right. This isn't the worst thing that can happen while you're shopping, but in my opinion, it does get a little annoying, and concerning to see how many employees are without customers to help. Overall, I love coming here for inspiration!
