I was also told by HH that we'd need to wait longer for an appointment because a certain tech was desired and then he wasn't the one who visited us. The tech who visited didn't seem to be aware of the situation either.

On a 30 minute quick wash, it would take about 2 hours. After 3 visits and replacing a soap valve and a timer module, the problem still existed. Frustrated, I called All Appliance, a factory authorized company, and within 15 minutes, they diagnosed the problem to be a faulty water valve. It was ordered and replaced and all is great. I contacted Alpha in an attempt to negotiate some sort of refund, be it all or partial, explaining what actually fixed the problem, and the owner was not, in no short terms, going to entertain the notion of any refund of any amount to me. I paid $120.00 for the wrong diagnosis, bought 2 parts I did not need, and somehow in her mind, she feels it was not there fault. I would steer clear of this company for appliance repairs of any kind.

I love coming in here to look around at the different items, and get inspiration! This store, just like Nebraska furniture Mart has FAR too many employees. You can tell they are all commission based. Every time I walk around, between five and 10 employees ask me if I'm finding everything all right. This isn't the worst thing that can happen while you're shopping, but in my opinion, it does get a little annoying, and concerning to see how many employees are without customers to help. The Gm calls and says that he can't rent me the mower that I've already signed the contract the lease agreement for because of a Social Security card number error online instead of asking me for my Social Security card or proof of my number or documentation to help expedite. Rental agreement he tells me he will not lease me anything, evertgything I tried to him,he would escalate with over the top drama until I hung up on him, I then preceded to call back to find out when I was gonna be able to get my refund since he wasn't going to honor the lease agreement that I've already paid money on And he goes on to tell me about the Social Security card issue again so I hung up on him. I already heard his excuse why he didn't honor my lease agreement. I didn't need to hear it again. He had no customer service in fact rude is an understatement I will never shop here and don't recommend anyone to lease from these people if paying three times what the product is worth dealing with rude management poor business ethics horrible customer service then this is the place for you!
