(Columbia County tax office has confirmed this). Now, I am responsible for the mistake of David Huguenin's staff. A week after closing, Columbia County sent bill stating the and Hueguenin says it's mine to pay because I signed a paper at closing saying I would pay any bills that came in after closing. In other words a paper that covers his mistakes. NORMALLY, if something is not on the table at the closing it is not part of the deal...but I signed away my rights and now I am responsible for the mistake of his office.
