If I could leave less stars I would…read more This has been my worst legal experience by far. I was told that we should be able to finish up my case by Christmas of 2021. Three Christmases later and we don't even have a parenting plan put together. Communication with them has been a nightmare. There was little to no effort to keep me informed on my case. Every time I tried to contact them for an update, I would call multiple times a day for days at a time with no response. There were at least three occasions where I had to call from a Georgia number just to get through (I am from out of state). Of course, my call would be answered on the second ring if it were from Georgia. I guess they only get excited for new money. This was the most expensive disappointment I have ever had to deal with. They very clearly did not care about me or my case. Business is business, but you can still conduct business and be a nice person. I hope they read this and make the decision to do better. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I could not be more disappointed with the lack of results, communication, and compassion.

Wesley was the initial person I was dealing with, he was very good, always kept me in the loop monthly. I don't know why he left the company or the law office but he did and they put me in contact with someone else who was HORRIBLE. For a year plus I got the run around about paperwork being released from different agencies. Then I was given someone new in 2016, he was even WORSE, before the deposition (he was very late for ) he was constantly in contact, but June 2016 post deposition I never heard from him again. By October 2016 I went to their local office in Augusta Ga. and ask what was the issue that I hadn't heard from anyone since June 2016, needless to say they were at a loss for words. They called the main office of the lawyer that was supposed to be over my case and he outright lied, not knowing I was in the office saying he had been contacting me on a monthly basis and also had been returning my calls, but when they told him I was in the office he was at a lost for words, and said he would call me that evening, needless to say HE DIDN'T. The next time I heard from them was next year, saying they had a check for me to sign for. Well I went to get the check and was disappointed with the peanuts I was receiving. By the time they and the chiropractor got paid and some funds were but to side to cover any other expenses, I was left with CHUMP change, they all made out better than me. Then they had the audacity to ask me to complete a survey, well it was a honest and truthful, non-favorable survey. The guy that did the rap commercials was very apologetic and he would relay my feedback to Mike Hostilo, who had the NERVE & AUDACITY, to call me that evening, NOT to apologize for the less than stellar service I received, but only to say Thanks for using us and hopefully we could be of service in the future, REALLY!!!? I should have done what a fellow Veteran friend of mine had done FIRED HIM and his people ASAP. Please don't believe all the hype of his commercials, they sicken me to my stomach, every time one is aired. For me and my experience all LIES, LIES, LIES. Timelessness, keeping me informed, day or night, etc. ALL LIES, Don't get caught up in the hype of the fancy commercials, do your work and due diligence on finding the right law office. I was extremely discouraged about court because some people are extremely good at fabricating lies but Chris bought out the truth and the professional liar couldn't even stand it, Chris ask so many questions he didn't want to speak anymore.
