Positive: Professionalism I cannot say enough great things about the team at Aaron's Automotive. My first interaction was when Aaron himself picked me up on the side of 35, in the newest model tow-truck I've ever seen in my life. He was nothing but the utmost professional. I had no specific place to go for repair, and Aaron offered the services at his shop. This was yet another time I was impressed with his service. My vehicle turned out to have some significant issues, and Aaron and his team did an outstanding job helping to navigate to the absolutely-most-cost-effective solution. The extended team at Aaron's automotive were courteous, responsive, and 100% professional. I'm writing this review because the excellent team at Aaron's automotive saved my rear multiple times in one go. I'm totally impressed.

Then he started tailgating me and was literally about a foot from my rear bumper, the traffic in front of me slowed down and I got rear-ended. I got out of my vehicle to talk to the driver and he told me I slammed on my brakes on purpose. Then while the car waited for the cop to arrive he started scrambling. He didn't even have his tow hooks properly secured he started hooking up his tow hooks properly because that could have caused damage to some other vehicle, or even worse if someone was on the motorcycle they could have gotten hit by these big hooks.
