I wasn't…read moregoing to order my contacts through him but he told me If I did then I would be able to get trial pairs with him. So I did. I went back today to order contacts and asked for a trial pair as I was on my way out of town and I needed contacts. His wife refused to give me a trail pair. Bad part she wouldn't come and tell me that she went and hide and told the receptionist to do it. I will never use them again. They have no desire to help and please a customer it's all about the money with them. Plus my glasses that I ordered through them paid $300 on top of insurance are crap. They are chipping away and breaking. Use Eye Specialist of mid Florida. They are so nice and will give you trials as many times as you want.

Business practices are the worst, was told when I made an Ophthalmology appointment that there was no co-pay specifically for my insurance plan (looked it up online), then was charged $30 after the appointment. Same for my optometry appointment. Sure, the EXAM was no co-pay, but they charge $60 for the doctor to READ THE RESULTS AND PROVIDE A PRESCRIPTION. And of course, "no insurance pays for that". The woman at the checkout desk had a smartass attitude and a look on her face that screamed she hears objections to this ridiculous policy all day long.
