I did not know what to expect as it was my first time dealing with a car accident like this one and also first time ever dealing with a lawyer. I like the way Todd handles things he is very straight forward and doesn't drag you around if he calls you its to tell you something and he's off the phone after that, witch to me showed a high level of professionalism. I didn't get what I wanted in the end to fix my back I have to deal with it for the rest of my life, but what I did get was a ton of help with paper work, working with other lawyers, droping off important papers to judges, talking to diffrent health care providers, all that stressful and most likely hard stuff to do was all handled by them. I had a contract to teach English overseas which I could not do because of the accident. I gave them all of the information, and should have been compensated appropriately for the loss of the job. Unfortunately, they were not competent enough to keep the documents about the contract so I lost a substantial amount of money because they couldn't find the paperwork. The insurance company claimed I didn't have a contract to teach, and their office couldn't contest the claim with proper proof. Never trust them with your lawsuit. You have better odds with any other law office you find.
