I recently had an appt. on fri. after my 1/2 day at work, I said three times and repeated, friday at 3 o'clock, wrote it down. when I went to my appt, they had no record or my appt. scheduled. wasted my gas and time trying to get my wonderful doctor in Alexander for my severe pain and to get an xray. The poor doctors have no idea what goes on in the front office, and what patients go through. It's a shame, and probably why they keep loosing wonderful, caring doctors. The front offices need a major makeover. Very aggravating to say the least.

This letter should have been sent out last month. Why would you put clients health at risk. They are only providing 30 days worth of medications. So if you had an appointment next month most likely its canceled. This is not a place I would recommend even if the so called change wasn't in place. Numerous times he has sent prescriptions for my wife without being seen for various issues. More importantly my wife currently suffers from high blood pressure. Now he originally diagnosed the issue and prescribed medication, but an emergency scare had my wife taken to immediate care where they increased her dosage to double what Kawar originally prescribed. Now my wife is in an emergency situation, she needs her medication refilled, Kawar is not returning her calls or voicemails and the emergency response "Dr" was very disrespectful to my wife and refused to help her. His response was "you should have called yesterday". Very unprofessional in my opinion. Patients NEED to be able to trust and rely on medical personnel in emergency situations if anyone. Very disappointing, and I have been trying to persuade my wife into looking for a different primary care for years. This needs to be addressed.

Props to the front office staff: I think they see 200 people a day (several physicians use the same waiting room.) My orthopedist was able to get X-rays taken of my hand on site, and he was reading them within 15 minutes: Excellent ancillary services! Not only did the doc have a great bedside manner, his nurse, radiologist, and check-out clerk did as well. My scripts were sent to the proper pharmacy, as promised. I'm really glad to have found this practice.

In addition, Ryan has failed to return my calls or respond to my concerns despite multiple attempts to contact him by phone and in person. I expect these issues to be investigated and addressed promptly. Please provide a response regarding the actions that will be taken to resolve these concerns.

They always verify with me if it is ok to text, mail, leave a voicemail. I appreciate that. I have been a long time patient of Evergreen and do not trust my care with anyone else. From primary care staff, specialty care staff, to pharmacy services personnel, all physicians and nurses, and all other employees including those behind the scene, I watched them grow from a small one doctor practice into an awesome large revamped multi-specialty building still treating the same community....and then even more.
